Even though on the image it looks more like the bottoms of the layers are just cut round like that, (idk how to explain but like if it were lace) instead of being ruffled.
Even weirder is that she somewhat understood the asignment with the accessories because ironically the lace she used gives the right shape.
I hope that makes sense, I'm esl and bad at sewing kek. I'd feel bad about nitpicking cosplays, but then I remember that she calls helself a professional so.
