It is not easy to take legal action against these types of things when the evidence has likely been wiped out. Plus, doing that brings a lot of trouble and may not actually bring justice. Marky was clearly in an emotionally vulnerable position in her past relationships. There are a lot of possible reasons why she never sought out taking legal action. Unfortunately, this type of situation is not uncommon in abusive relationships since abused women are too overwhelmed and feel too powerless to fight back.

Late post but I just now realised Rocky’s VA was Angel Dust. So That’s why I cringed every time Rocky spoke even though he was my favourite character in the comic.
