It's springtime, nonnas. I have flowers and herbs leafing out in the garden and as much as I hate the political infighting of this country, the nature is spectacular. My pot mums and snapdragons and dahlias make me so freaking happy. I have nasturtiums coming up kind of late but they are so pretty.

The hydrangeas are starting to bloom where I am! The other day I got rosemary, mint, sage, basil, and parsley for my deck. I’ve been making a lot of mint based cocktails recently so the mint is an addition to my usual array. Summer is my favorite season I’m so excited for it to come

My hydrangeas are beginning to flower, but they're looking a bit pink so I caved and bought some garden sulphur. Added some to the blueberries as well. I love spring so much. My kitchen herb garden is coming along so nicely. I have rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano, dill, fennel, tarragon, parsley, basil, cilantro, etc etc. Even found some lemongrass at the local nursery!
