Not sure if this is the best thread for it, but I'm curious what other anons think about this.
Some people seem to think that this catering toward the alt-right politically and culturally is going to last through to decade, or at least through the end of this presidential term. But my thought is, if Trump continually fucks things up in obviously stupid ways to the point that even his supporters can feel the strain (which I think is likely), maybe the tide will turn near his two-year mark. Not even necessarily just because of bad policies (we know the average voter barely pays attention that shit); I think it's also gonna be a "vibe" thing. A lot of people just like Trump and co. because they think it's edgy and "counterculture", so overexposure could actually hurt the movement in that regard, make it too embarrassing/cringe or whatever.
