I noticed a connection between The Blargh and Joy Sparkle BS channels
- reports on Onision drama
- rainbow colours in channel header
- The Blargh let Joy use their footage
- The Blargh don't show their face or voice (are their identity known?)
- The Blarghs titles started to change and become more like Joys around the time Joy was uploading heaps
- Lately The Blargh hasn't uploaded as much, the very next day after Joy leaves they made 2 videos on Onision.
- The Blargh have never done a solo video on Joy
- The Blargh loved a comment from someone saying Mikenactor should debate Onision.
Joy has mentioned she has multiple channels around the time she created Spurpinkle Bow. I started to wonder if she made The Blargh and if she will upload from there from now on anonymously.

The other thing is that The Blargh focuses heavily on things that really only seem to interest Joy and her friends. Dozens of videos on Jaclyn Glenn, Social Repose, Onision, Lainey, and Eugenia. The channel only started September 2016, whereas Joy's channel started in December - certainly not too far apart for Blargh to have been her practice/anonymous channel she started before she was Joy Sparkles.
Not saying it's true or even probable, but there is some connection that isn't public (afaik) and it may be interesting to look into while we have a break from the constant insanity that is her main channel. I would say though that unless we confirm that Blargh is Joy herself, maybe Blargh talk should be confined to the Spergleberries thread, because it's likely one of them or even Roomie rather than Joy herself. I don't recall her mention any side effects while briefly taking the lyrica, aside from a few words of concern regarding possible weight gain in the future,which I would like to point out that when ranting about how wrong it is to make remarks on someone's weight, more than once she has referred to medication as being a factor in her and others weight gain, that obviously couldn't happen after she stopped taking it.
What does she have to lose by taking it longer than two weeks, even if it only worked here and there? At some point you'd have to ask yourself what you're willing to tolerate, gaining weight or dealing with unbearable pain, especially at debilitating level. If other medications only work for a short while, there's no reason to not cycle them, take them for two weeks and rotate onto another one. Especially if she already has them on hand, she could finish up the ones that were previously prescribed. I don't recall her giving a reason why none of the basic over the counter pain relievers are effective. I have fibro and arthritis and while I'm rarely pain free, I take a combo of over the counter nsaids and Lyrica that do bring it down from 10/10 and I've been using the same ones for 5 years.

It is a deep instinct and habit forming to the point where even if it alleviates, we still guard that area. I'm currently trying to retrain my shoulder, it was agony so I kept it in a frozen position by my side and it got to the point where the pain improved but I'm still having physiotherapy to be able to lift my arm above my head again, which was caused by my guarding, rather than a physical problem. So even if it is not on our faces, it can be seen somewhere.

Wow. Well I am so glad Kati cleared up that mess about the free clinic/sliding scale thing and why she has racked up such a bill with having virtually "no income" at a sliding scale clinic. I've searched through threads and don't know if I'm missing it, but has Joy's claims that she applied for medicaid (twice in a row!) months ago but was told she was denied because both times the state had a massive medicaid funding cut been investigated? When she said this on livestream when asked two days ago I found it questionable and looked into it. Funding information and any budget cuts are all public record.
In short, there was a lot of concern in the spring because her state was looking into a possible medicaid budget cut. Note the word possible. A lot of big groups, including The American Academy of Pediatrics fought against it, because even a small budget cut would tremendously effect patient care, accessibility, and put hundreds of thousands of vulnerable patients at risk. Their research showed that 12 hospitals would likely close if a budget cut was approved, and 4/5 hospitals would no longer deliver babies. Also, if her state approved the proposed medicaid budget cut, they would risk losing federal funding, which pays 60% of her state's medicaid.
The state ended up being able to decrease spending through a bunch of other ways and put those funds into medicaid so funding did not have to be cut. Through the state's official medicaid website itself there is a section for press releases and here it even announces that there will be no funding cuts. I did some more research and based on the timeline of when she said applied, there was absolutely nothing going on with budget cuts. So I'm not sure how that makes any sense unless there is something I am missing.

If she kept any of that money (no matter how much) that she raised specifically for a charity then that is fraud. There was also the ad money from the videos about her nephews dying that she said she would donate…I know a lot of people donated on their own at her behest but I'm not clear if she actually donated any money herself, she went between saying she couldn't donate because her family hated her to saying she was donating the money from the ads and had talked to their older brother. She's making a big deal out of test results that are pretty much normal. The only thing that was out of normal range was an ever so slightly out of normal range CRP at 0.32 when normal range goes up to 0.30 but this can be explained by her sedentary lifestyle and high-fat diet. Some sources consider a CRP of up to 0.40 within normal range. Below 0.55 is low risk, it isn't until the CRP gets above 1.0 that there is cause for concern. Basically, her lab results came back normal but her doctor is giving her low doses of various meds anyway based on her complaints to see if it helps her symptoms. They didn't diagnose her with anything and as we've already noted the list she's presenting as her "diagnoses" are only the list of complaints she told the doctor she is currently experiencing. However, she is representing them as diagnoses in her "Test Results & Lab" video at 2:05 and 3:47 and also in her "Officially Diagnosed" video and in several livestreams. There are multiple people in the comment section telling her these are not what she's been diagnosed with and she even replied to one claiming that's what her doctor told her they were and claimed in her state that's how it works (what?). Then she asks where to go in the portal to get her list of official diagnoses. They try to explain there isn't one because she hasn't been diagnosed with anything yet but she still tries to lay the blame on her doctor telling her they are. sigh
Amazing she was able to get paperwork to show an "official diagnosis" just days before Repzion said he was going to release the video she has been speculating may be calling her out for lying about her illness…so she's been trying to get ahead of it. Yes, many would . But all she has to do is say that she has been diagnosed with it and it becomes part of her permanent record at that facility, it doesn't mean they have to treat it, but also doesn't mean they won't. It's pretty much up to her Drs discretion whether or not / how they want to treat it. Often times a diagnosis could also be entered as "personal history of _____ ". I've worked in several health care settings; Dr office, home health, hospital, nursing home, and the diagnosis section and medical history were always given by the patient and / or medical records. None of it proves anything, at all. Even prescriptions medication for the most part proves nothing as most are given based on symptoms. She could go to new Drs next year if she wanted to and give a total different set of "things she has been diagnosed with in the past" and they would enter it into their system and she could have two different charts full of completely different medical histories. There's also situations where certain medication wouldn't be covered under a certain diagnosis so some Drs will add a diagnosis of something the patient doesn't have, so it is covered. The media were being hostile, so they preferred to give Joy information directly - reportedly advising her to break it up into multiple news stories and videos to maximise the coverage (because of course a YouTuber with CA. 60k subs is better than national media outlets), so that's why she churned out all the videos. And what super good luck they found her independently, because she'd studied Journalism before, and understands how to present things - you know, like when Walter Cronkite went through that phase of doing eight hour live streams of the evening news, unwashed and wearing a hoodie, from his living room.

Was just watching her evidence reels & attacks by nick monroe video, why is she trying to say Nick started the rumor the group who helped her make the reels was a cult? We've been noting here for quite some time that her close followers display cult-like behavior…long before the DO5 situation & Nick came along. Joy posted an hour long Skype call with Chambers. A lot of it just sounds like a lot of personal bullshit and Joy admits just how much all the "hate" videos get to her and being super butthurt Chambers liked some of those videos. She called him "her biggest supporter online" (I think she means "YouTuber who was nice to her and had the most subs") Apparently, a 1 hour phone call where he gave her YT advice and them both making videos about Faith Kids made him her bff. So of course his "betrayal" is the end of the world. She's practically begging Chambers to do whatever she can to fix his perception of her. No wonder she's so triggered by his video. It's no coincidence she released that phone call on the same day he's supposed to release his video, it's an obvious attempt to get him to rethink his position or do damage control if he doesn't.
Joy seems to think the biggest problem was her being accused of doing something illegal regarding her DO5 videos and that is what turned everyone against her…most of us didn't take that seriously, dismissing it as more bullshit rumors. She has such a selective memory.
No one is disputing that everyone involved in the DO5 shitshow are self-serving assholes bent only on forwarding their own agendas but that's all come out already and Joy is just as responsible for the mess as they all are. In brief, it's Joy rehashing everything everybody knew anyhow: Chambers, Nick and Based starting slagging her off because they were concerned she had privileged information that could screw up the case. Joy wanted to defend herself, but valiantly forebore to say nothing – erm, even though she has all kinds of dirt on all of them which she will pour forth with righteous anger should everyone not make public apologies to her after the case is over. If she proved anything, it’s that people were mean to her. Well done.
The only interesting stuff - from 31 minutes in - is that she keeps claiming to have been acting under the instructions, with the approval of, ‘legal counsel’ – i.e. Tim Conlon – in putting out her videos, which he allegedly reviewed and approved. This has to be a massive exaggeration bordering on an outright lie: talking to someone else’s lawyer is not the same taking legal counsel, and what lawyer would be able to babysit these mouthbreathers and represent his client diligently?
The Slander and Extortion in the title refers to the lawyer’s alleged concern that the babblings of the whole lot of them were potentially damaging to the case. He allegedly considered dropping the case because they were making it difficult with their hysterics. Chambers claims she said something that he misinterpreted as extortion: that if he walked away from the case, they would all blabber about it as that’d potentially constitute slander, he was quite rightly concerned – remarkably, Joy picked up on this right away. I'm no lawyer, but if I were, and heard people talking this way about me in a professional capacity… (ahem)
HOWEVER. The main element of extortion comes from her repeated requests for everyone to apologise for being mean to her once the case was decided, otherwise she’d spill all the dirt she’d collected on everyone and make them look like idiots. So there’s your real extortion, slander and harassment. If this lot weren’t morons, there’d be no Thread 11 (and thread 12 in the offing)….

My Statement:
Alright, so people are asking me to address what has recently been released by Joy; especially the recorded phone call. Look, she's been teasing people that she was going to release it. There's no bluffing or excusing away what was said in the call. I'm quite aware of what I told her as it was discussed several times in streams and with other people. That call was me trying to smooth things over with Joy which let me state was a mistake as were the other times I tried to do so with my two videos and emails. I was trying to get everyone to work together just like Rose wanted. Rose is not to blame for this mess. Both her and Tim wanted the fighting to stop. My position a few months ago was rather chaotic and stressful. Never before had I dealt with something like this so of course that will come with all sorts of folly and unimaginable amount of stress which it did cause.
A lot of people wanted it one way or the other. I was attached to Rose and the manager of the GoFundMe. If I royally stepped out of line, it would cost Rose greatly and at times, seem like it did. After I had released my “Repair”Video, immediately I got labeled a scammer due to me not being able to release info or update the GoFundMe due to the Gag order. Joy is not the only one that was privy to the details of what went on and she only has half of the story. I point this out due to the fact, that I too knew what was going on yet I did not tease it nor flash it around. I've had to sit quietly on info that would have helped boosted the GoFundMe and stirred people for awhile now, but because of the trust I was given and my actual goal being Rose and the kids, I have not said anything about it.
I've told people I don't know or I'm not able to answer that. I don't think anyone can really understand my position fully. In the wake of the gag order, I've had personal things on the side occur such as my car break down and me beginning to dig into my own childhood trauma. This is YouTube, people are always going to want a show. I still have not made any videos detailing what happened and to be honest, I still won't. Not everything needs to be out there or shown plus I have not been given permission. My attitude was crappy at times yes, but again, no one can fully put themselves in the position I was in. Trying to balance the GoFundMe, trying to keep the Do5 fans from pulling it down, the constant slandering and rumor spreading of me stealing money, the shit talking of Rose just spending the money on whatever, transferring files, dealing and squelching the rumors about the money, the list goes on….
I was eating and breathing this situation for over a month, work, home, while I was out, I did not get a break. This is not a pity party, but hopefully an insight to my mindset. I did what I had to. I did what was instructed and advised in order to hopefully get the conclusion that was desired and very much hoped for. DO NOT blame Rose for any of this. My stress and fatigue cannot touch what that woman has had to deal with over these past months. Please continue to support her. As for Joy, to me, she is a lost cause. Let her have her show. It's all she's going to get really. It's all she has unfortunately. People keep telling me to go after her legally for releasing the call. Why? People this is the internet. I strike down her video and it will pop up somewhere else. If I had my say or could change how things transpired back then, I would. What is done is done. To be fair, Joy had started to get into trouble with people before the Do5 situation. I stand by what I did. The goal for Rose and the Kids, hopefully is within reach soon. If I must go down in flames for that to succeed then so be it.
