2 eggs have about 12g of protein, 1 cup of milk has about 8g of protein, a cup of greek yogurt usually has around 15g of protein, 1 cup of cooked oatmeal has about 6g of protein.
So, if you had 2 eggs, a cup of milk, a serving of Greek Yogurt, and a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, you'd already have about 41g of protein. That's just a simple breakfast. You're supposed to eat 3 meals a day.
If you have no idea about nutrition, just say be quiet when the topic comes up. You don't have to add your two cents into everything, especially if you don't know what the hell it is that we're speaking about.

Given that the image posted is of someone who posts videos like that online, showing off their skinny bodies on purpose, I don't think she just happens to be skinny but choose in one way or another. Not that you choose an ED, but you know what I mean.

A female doctor in my teens decided to embarrass me by asking a bunch of sexual activity questions (which wasn't relevant at all to the issues at hand) in front of my mom. What teen is really going to be honest about that in front of their parents?
And another female doctor talked down to me as if I was a literal child she was annoyed with (I was in my mid 20s at that point). She told to me to cure my depression by getting a pet. I wasn't even really depressed at that point, nor did I want a pet which I told her, she just kept insisting I get a pet and referring to my adult self using actual child terminology.
And while not a doctor, by chance I saw my then therapist out in the wild and she was telling people personal details about me. Not anonymously like "one of her clients", but actually pointing out me as an individual. Which is illegal.
I just can't trust doctors anymore after all this. And my ass is still bleeding.

I know someone who is super good at being social due to her job, so I started studying her patterns and it's been helpful. She's super "reactive" to what everyone says, so she'll interject "awww", "ohh", "wow that's amazing" and nearly always has a follow up question to make them feel seen and heard even if the topic is uninteresting. Little things that puts the other person at ease.

Late response but people who were good when young I can almost guarantee started out copying/imitating art they had seen before, even if unintentionally, and over time developed their internal visual library. Basically if you draw enough anime heads from a 3/4 angle, you'll memorize the process, similar to how you memorize letters and words and are able to replicate them whenever you want. It's often called 'symbol drawing' and can become a problem later in an artists development. That said, learning to draw from reference is an invaluable skill, and expanding your visual library will allow you to get an internal sense for when something looks 'off' and the means to correct it. Some artists never continue on to construction, and just get really good at mastering their tools to render their subjects beautifully. There isn't anything wrong with that approach if that's what you want to do! I only laid out a very general path you can take, but I think that if you stick with it you will be successful. Drawing is a skill like anything else and you can learn how to do it. What appears in some as natural talent is almost always little more than a headstart. They were interested when young and pursued it, and over time developed their skills. Don't worry about starting late, with a focused plan you will advance much faster than those who are just fiddling around, and many people who start out with what appears to be natural talent are surpassed by their peers who choose to study the fundamentals.

I think talking about people online in general is kind of scummy and low-life, but some people have really big egos so they don't wanna actually say "hey, I'm doing something wrong," so they'll try really hard to defend their position to the point that it borders parody. I'm on LC talking about retards online: it's definitely not right of me, but at least I can admit that I think I'm doing something wrong. That's why I do it on an anonymous IB.

It sounds likely you have hEDS and the diagnosis is helpful imo, it was for me. The symptoms get worse as you get older. I take medication for the symptoms it gives me, heartburn, fainting, bladder problems, stomach problems, blood pressure (I got diagnosed with munchie mast cell activation syndrome too and the meds made my quality of life a lot better)
Most people aren't hypermobile all over, for example my hands, feet and arms and shoulders are insanely hypermobile but my knees aren't. You sound like you're at where I was a few years ago and I encourage you to seek a diagnosis, nonna, even though it's hard not to be skeptical of an illness so many munchies take advantage of

It does sound like the meds improve quality of life and it's worth seeking out a proper diagnosis, I guess next time I have some free time I'll schedule a visit citing my knees since the hypermobility gets in the way of my workouts and I'll get the genetic test out of the way. If its positive, I guess thats that, at least it might help me avoid cardiac surgery.
I'm sorry about your (possibly our) situation though nonna, I hope they move on to a different disease soon. Having actual mcas sounds living hell, i hope you can live a fullfiling life despite it. I already hate going to the doctors in general because medical stuff just irks me, I can't possibly imagine having to go there constantly for allergic reactions and having them be dismissive. I'm also thinking about getting diagnosed because I have most of the symptoms and I was also diagnosed as AuHD and as far as I know EDS is more common among autistics than among neurotypical people. My life is a misery, early onset varicose veins (two main veins in my right leg were already insufficient in my early 20s and they had to get ablation), and because of that my legs hurt after walking for 10 minutes, everything hurts basically, bladder and stomach problems since I was a kid (but getting worse with age), pissing every 10 minutes, pain in my muscles and joints every day (my doctor tested me for Lyme disease but it turned out negative). Joints in my both arms and hands are hypermobile. My knees don't bend in an unnatural way but both of my kneecaps have patellar lateralization which basically means they're instable and move sideways, way out of their natural position, which will lead to arthrosis in the future and also causes me lots of pain while walking. My physio said that people who get it usually do some sports and stuff, I never did any sports and I got it at a very early age and in both knees, which was weird to him. I can kinda pop out my hip joints while standing too, idk how to explain it better but I don't think it supposed to move like this. Bruising easily, and skin looks basically transparent on my chest. Heartburn from any basic activity, like doing one squat and standing up, I get heartburn from tying my damn shoelaces. Tired and sleepy all the time, bloodwork is fine and hormones are fine. I need to lie down after like 3 hours after waking up because my back hurts and my legs hurt from walking and standing. Constant bloating and reflux. I feel like a damn 70 year old and I'm in my late 20s, I'm very scared of getting older because I feel worse with age, I'm afraid I won't be able to work

Wrt the medicine, there's nothing you can take for like the hypermobility or joint problems, but you can get some degree of pain management for them, and really specific advice (a weighted vest was part of mine for example). Unfortunately there's also no cure for the fatigue and tiredness other than trying to read your symptoms and take care of yourself which is really difficult. I went through a lot of procedures to investigate my crappy bladder before I got diagnosed (urodynamics confirmed I have a crazy elastic bladder but was otherwise unhelpful) and I'm about to start a new medication to try to help that. The insane heartburn in my case is most likely due to the MCAS I mentioned above combined with crappy weak oesophagus tissue or whatever, but I started a new medication and it greatly improved the heartburn. It's like a random collection of really shitty symptoms and problems and you spend all your time trying to fix at least a few of them to have a better quality of life
