Any based amerifag car spergs in here?? I have around 5,400 dollars (give or take) to buy a used car. What is a good, reliable engine (could even just be brand/manufacturer) to keep an eye out for? And cars with good transmission to recommend?? This car has to last me some good years. I know this isn't a ton of money for a car but could anyone help a struggling nonnie out?? My last car's transmission literally just shat itself totally randomly.
Posted this in /g/ as well.

The only cars within that price range and within a decent mileage are the cheap kind one of which I did buy (a Nissan) but mine needs transmission service every X amount of miles. She also shit herself silly after about a year with pretty few issues and is now in the shop and needs $2400 work. On any car you want to buy, always always check the car fax, avoid anything with weird noises. Nissans are known to have transmission issues.

had Hondas and Acuras before and they were more reliable, but you won't be able to buy one outright at 5.4K and would probably need to pay financing. I'm not really a carfag I'm just relaying my experience

As long as they’re not mouldy you should be fine. The only medicine I know of that becomes harmful after a year or so is doxycycline, also some studies suggest it’s not good to take famotidine (pepcid) past the expiry date. Most other medications just become less potent/effective over time.

I would recommend to buy an Asian car (not Hyundai or Kia, they get broken into often and some years & models are easy to steal) or an American car. Don’t get a euro car (like I did kek) because maintenance is expensive because not as many places do it.

I’d also recommend getting something made in the past 15 years. Even super common cars like Camrys that do last forever, it’s hard to find parts for when they’re older. People I know personally are driving 20 year old corollas and Buicks though with no problem, so I’d recommend one of those, or 2009+ honda camry or accord. My dad has gotten 250k+ miles in 15 years out of fords, and all my friends who have Subarus really like them if you’d want a suv.

The only thing that's stopping me from cutting again is my meds (new to abilify and it strains my muscles), and the fear of further nerve damage. I'm about a month clean. Before that relapse was probably two months clean. It never goes away.

When angry and alone I usually take solace in writing, writing helps a ton, one night when especially pained I wrote on my own skin. maybe an art project involving ripping, tearing or cutting paper, to preoccupy my hands and turn the idea of the sharp object into a helpful tool, not a harmful one.

If you can score a hybrid, get a Toyota or Honda starting in the late 00s. It basically pays for itself in a couple years.
Otherwise, stick with Toyota and Honda. Look into Lexus, Scion, and Acura too, those are the luxury companies of Toyota and Honda. Also make sure the VIN starts with J anything else it might become more unreliable down the line.
If you can't find a Toyota or Honda, do still make sure the VIN starts with J.
Also, if you're in the rust belt of the US, find a car with a previous owner living in a southern state, there won't be any rust, it at all it's minim.

Suddenly the term got english-ed both in the west and the east and it seems that the sfw/nsfw border is much blurrier because it became a catch all term. I definitely see yuri being called girls love too, but to a lesser degree especially on imageboards. I see it called GL on the regular in more normie spaces. Make sure you’re drinking water and don’t overdo it until you get used to it. If you’re coming off a sedentary lifestyle it can be hard, heck even my mom who is relatively active and works constantly had trouble at first because intentional physical exertion is very different to everyday exertion that you’ve grown accustom to. Like other nonnie said you could have something a bit out of whack (iron/sodium) but you may also have high blood pressure that becomes more apparent with physical exertion (do you get these kinds of headaches any other time? Do you have a thumping sound in your ears?) and if you’re having trouble getting your breath (exercise induced asthma) you may need vitamin D.
Best advice:
Find exercises you can tolerate
Start slow - don’t go too hard too fast
Give yourself time to recover
Consistency is key - a little a day is better then nothing at all
And finally, see a doctor if it persists or gets worse.

Everybody I know, both family and friends, is super low maintenance, all I was ever taught is using a cheap shower gel and my hands. Idk anon, I think I'm part of "people in all other countries" and me and everyone I'm close enough with to know their shower routines were taught to wash our bodies with shower gel and a simple re-useable washcloth. Never heard of people showering with soap bars unless it's for sustainability reasons.

You really don't need those ultra fancy routines you see online, they're there to influence you to buy products, it's all luxury. I'm not sure if using just your hands works well enough but if you don't smell at the end of your shower and your skin is clean.. it's probably fine?

I actually bought a bar soap and exfoliating glove and tried it today, and my skin turned red and felt squeaky clean which I thought means it's too drying. But on the other hand I also suffer from body acne so maybe I really wasn't clean enough so far.
Today definitely took me much more time than usual which is annoying.

In my experience, loofahs, scrubs, mitts, brushes and so on don't do anything in terms of exfoliation, and gels leave a film that makes exfoliation impossible. I don't like the online pissing contest of who is the cleanest since we don't all live in the same climate or have the same skin type, this is just my experience. So yeah get wet, get shower gel, soap up every part of the body, including the inside of the bellybutton and in between the toes. If your private parts are sensitive to infections, get a PH neutral soap for down there and soap it up in the front and in the back. I don't exfoliate except when I give myself a spa day with a bath all all the girly stuff around. Otherwise if it's time for dead skin cells to fall off, the brain sends the signal to scratch that part of the body anyhow, no point in forcing it.
Rinse off. Get the hair shampood when they're greasy, get the shampoo to foam, clean the inside "folds" and the back side of the ears, sometimes put in conditioner for my dead dyed hair on the bottom part of my head, but sometimes I have a shampoo that's nourishing enough. If I gotta hurry afterwards to get dressed and leave the house, I'll brush my teeth under the shower too. Otherwise I do it in front of the sink after leaving the shower.
I pay the water bill, I just prefer to only treat myself to a spa day at home every three to four months, also I already waste a lot of time having to dry my hair after a shower that I can't be fucked to waste 45 to 60 minutes of time I could use to do chores or whatever.

Bleph surgery is where someone has the fat pads around their eyes removed, similar to buccal fat removal. They want to make their eyes look larger and have more eyelid space for makeup, but it never looks good because people with hooded eyes always look better that way.

Sleepy eyes are when the upper eyelid covers part of the iris. For most people, the upper eyelid touches the top of the iris and the lower eyelid touches the bottom of the iris- if the whites of someone’s eyes are showing it typically means they’re widening their eyes to make them look bigger, or they have sanpaku eyes. Sleepy eyes just means that the upper eyelid is too low. People with depression can also develop that look.

No. 1910956

>>1910932
Multiple factors probably, lack of sex ed is definitely one of them. I don’t want to sound classist but they also have limited access to other education, resources and hobbies and having kids is something that gives you purpose and fills the time. Also, I’m retarded and not really knowledgeable about biology, but animals living in a dangerous environment have a lot of offspring so there’s a bigger chance for their species to survive, so the more kids you have there’s technically a bigger chance for at least one of them to be successful and eventually improve the family’s income (which is unlikely but a possibility). There’s also a need for someone to care for them in their old age and since we’re talking about poor people they probably won’t be able to afford a nursing home or specialized elderly care.

A lot of people are ignorant. I mean ignorant in the truest sense of the word. A lot of girls that get pregnant young don't realize the resources that are available to them, whether that be birth control, abortion, adoption, etc.. They may come from backgrounds that stigmatize sexual education, abortion, or even plain birth control. Even if they might want an abortion, their parents or partner at the time may oppose it, and because of their ignorance, fear, or immaturity they choose to follow others conscience rather than their own. The younger a mother, the more chances that she'll end up poorer than someone having a child at a later age. Even if you have the child when you're in a good place, life can become difficult. A lot of people live paycheck to paycheck, and because of financial ignorance they don't realize how precarious their situation is until it's too late. It's especially devastating when women don't have strong support systems around them.

I had been using my credit card a lot at one point last summer when I was in-between jobs to keep payments on my bills, student loans, etc, otherwise I try to only use my credit card during emergencies (e.g., flight for funerals, etc.). I make the minimum payment every month, and every so often I'll pay more onto it (never more than $300 at a time). It's recommended to keep your credit card rate at 30%, so if your credit card has a 2k limit you should try to never have a balance exceeding $600.

With legs you have to prepare mentally that your muscles are probably going to twitch involuntarily and there's nothing you can do it about it. Don't worry the tattoo artists are used to it. As for the pain level - if it's a fine line tattoo or something with a little shading it won't hurt much at all, it'll feel like pinching or scratching yourself. If there's a lot of black it'll start hurting near the end because they have to go over the same area multiple times with the needle and since it's basically an open wound at that point it can start feeling irritating. If you ever scratched yourself way too much in an area and got leftover red marks you'll be familiar with the pain.

I specifically chose the thigh for my first tattoo because I heard the farther away from the bone the less it hurts, glad to hear it confirmed. Also while the piercings hurt the pain only lasted for a few minutes, so I'll see when it'll actually happen.

What works for me is literally just a basic hourly schedule written in my notes app. I function best when my whole day is planned from the time I wake up. So something like:
>7:30 - get up and make the bed
>8:00 - start the laundry
>8:30 - eat breakfast
>9:00 - journal
>10:00 - do art studies
>etc etc
I know it seems autistic as fuck but it really helps me be more productive kek. Having my day plotted out prevents me from sitting around wasting time scrolling and doing other stuff because I'll already be in the sort of rhythm to get shit done because I have self-imposed time limits to do it. Of course I don't always follow it exactly since sometimes unexpected things come up but it's how I get the most out of my weekends and evenings after work.
I also keep an agenda where I can plan out my week to make sure I get to all of my hobbies and what not at some point. Like Mon/Wed/Fri will be drawing and reading nights, Tue/Thu will be for gaming or language studies—weekends I can do whatever combos I want.

I know lots of people like Notion if you're more partial to productivity apps, I use that a little bit but I've always found it easier to just keep things simple.

I've heard people saying they were job hunting for months and I don't know how to deal with this if it continues for long. There's a dream place I'm looking to hear back from and they solemnly promised to tell me whether they'll call me for a second round of interviews or not so if I hear that I didn't even get into the second round, never mind that it's the perfect ideal job for me, it's going to shatter what's little left of my self-esteem and I'll need a good amount of wound licking before applying elsewhere again. One of them acted a slow/out of it when I gave her the treat which I say out loud and my mom says that she's been acting weird and her body made a bunch of jerky movement a couple of times. I saw it too just now when my mom petted her, almost seizure like. Right now she's just laying down, seemingly out of it with such a strange expression on her face, if I didn't see her ribcage going up and down I might think she's dead honestly. Her mouth hangs slightly open, tongue between teeth, her eyes are half open but unfocused.. idk it's just creepy.

You have to make sure you tell her you love her when you do it or she will just think you're weird. If you speak one of the languages cats can understand (English (besides Australian or NZ forms), Swahili, Levantine Arabic, Occitan, or new world Spanish) make sure you talk to her so she understands your motives. The other option for showing your cat affection is to do the head bomp, where you put your forehead close to her's and wait for her to bomp your forehead with her's. Also, when she grooms herself pet her where she's just licked and then put your hand in front of her and see if she'll groom you back: this is a good way for testing whether cats love you as a friend or if they just tolerate you as a roommate. well, because feminists are also not a monolith. some feminists, especially here in terf/gc spaces hate anyone who "panders to moids", acts like a pickme, acts sexual, whatever (they seem to hate them more than they hate moids but I digress), even anyone who wears makeup in extreme cases. I won't accuse them of jealousy but they definitely get butthurt over women like sweeney for moral reasons. some feminists are a bit more libertarian "idc do what you want lol" or a bit more pragmatic (it is a pretty superficial issue), they probably wouldn't care about her.

as for why moids think that, basically there's the edgy gamergate kind of moid that's like "HAHA muh waifu is wearing bikini armor take THAT you sexless hags"- that's probably the type that was hoping to incite jealousy I assume. then there's the conservatard, modestyAI, cover up type (this is a neg because, tellingly, they never actually go for modest women but prefer to endlessly chastise and bitch about "slutty" women, because 'trad' women are mission accomplished and therefore not exciting). they're both permaseething cucks but what else is new.

Is there anything i can do to make my almost ghost town better?

I don't know where to look and i know this sounds stupid but my city used to be an important place and it has a lot of potential, but they are just letting it rot and ruining it day by day.
Everyone is going away, all the young kids end up smoking and drinking at 12, almost everyone is grumpy, the schools suck, every shop closes and not even fast food chain restaurants survive here, all we have are basically supermarkets and bars.
I really wish there is something i could do to make it better but i'm just a normal citizen kek.

I keep seeing things reference some studies showing that men's testosterone levels are lower than like 100 years ago and it's always framed as turning them into fail-males and how it's a problem. But why is it a problem exactly? No. 1916202

low testosterone can be linked to health problems but the same can be said of many of the habits modern day men engage in like sitting at a desk all day, eating a poor diet, vaping, drinking heavily, etc. men associate testosterone with their masculinity and believe that if a man has lowered testosterone levels then it means he's some kind of faggot.

Yeah me and my dad (and all male family members) are really close, they know their place tbh and have grown up around a lot of headstrong women. My dad is a rare male that sees an issue with himself and fixes it, he had anger problems as a kid (me), realised where it could go, and fixed it with therapy and now he's literally another person I don't even see who he could be as a kid when I look at him now as an adult.

It started fucking with my mind too much and my grip on reality was gradually loosening, I became extremely judgemental and aggressive towards the people in my life and started hating everything that I genuinely liked and enjoyed because it was all deemed either idiotic, embarrassing, autistic or problematic in some way here etc. This site attracts a lot of mentally ill people who take their bitterness and frustration out on random farmers instead of seeking help and it's gotten a lot worse in the past few years, I've been here almost since the beginning yet Lolcow never made me sick like it does now. It's become just like the male imageboards that I dropped after they got flooded with sociopathic incels looking for a powertrip in the early 2010's. It's just not fun anymore, you can't have a normal discussion here.

The manhate isn't even about hating men as a class anymore and dissecting what male privilege and patriarchy is but moids as individuals and more and more often weaponized against other women by the blackpills which sucks so fucking hard. The same goes for the tranny hate, it's never good faith criticism of gender theory but just thinly veiled tradleaning homophobia. I was the terfiest of the Lolcow terfs in 2019, but now I find myself more and more disinterested in the entire discourse and always becoming depressed over it devolving into accusing butch lesbians of being misogynist tranny eggs and whatever. Whew, I really feel for you right now anon. The first man I ever slept with (big age gap but we really did have niche interests in common) was arrested in a sting operation for trying to buy sex with preteen girls on backpage. After he was arrested he caught way more charges because it turns out he was talking to underage girls on tumblr and having them make porn for him. All that being said, he wasn’t like this at all with his devices but I had suspicions that grew over time for other reasons. Your ex could be some sort of pedo but he could also just genuinely be very privacy focused or have other embarrassing shit on his devices. I was 18 when I met the pedo and despite being 30 now I still have astronomical guilt because I feel like I was a gateway drug of sorts.

Reporting him to authorities or his workplace (if he works in education like my pedo did or with vulnerable populations) might put your mind at ease and I wish I had done that. Please remember that nothing is your fault and you’re not dumb.

How can you call yourself sensitive and then in the same breath call women cunts? I hate hypocrites, either embrace being a piece of shit or be a decent human being and learn to be understanding and forgiving to those that aren't the same as you. You can't do both at the same time and then act like you're the victim. You've been leaving so many of these posts recently it's starting to feel psychotic and obsessive.

Why do some women get upset about women who dress slutty?

No. 1916968

>>1916960
It can lead to an assumption or expectation that all women should dress slutty/show a lot of skin. I don’t really care what other women wear and I personally dress pretty modestly (I’m self-conscious and feel dirty if i feel that people are looking at my body lol) but I can see why some people feel that it devalues all women. Why people talk about mental health and therapy so much and basically most interactions online is people trying psychoanalyze you or saying "go to therapy!!!" But theres actually zero real solutions for mental problems and actually nobody ever came up with solutions or good advices. And why women pretend to be feminists but then ignore the insane mentally ilness all women have and ed/anorexia spaces online with 100k women in them? Suddenly nobody is psychoanalyzing this…. But theres so many patterns, they all go through the same mental state that most women go through anyway and nobody ever talks about female suffering and nature because it can't be a coincidence. Men don't have issues like this. It's not even society. It's just womanhood. They all call themselves dolls and it's just pedophilic but no person ever cared about this insanity happening on a mass scale. I refuse to socialize with women because I want nothing to do with this self destruction, masochism and lack of self respect. IIRC, spam community refers to the collection of persons that post a lot on "spam" instagram accounts. A "spam" account is an account someone runs on the side of their main account. The idea is that things you want to show about your life go on the main account, and then things you only want close friends seeing goes on the "spam" account. It was popular for teenagers to have a spam account when Instagram was popular in the early to mid 2010s, I'm not sure if it's still popular now. I assume the "spam community" is a collection of the well known and most followed "spam" accounts. If that's not what it is, then I assume it's some sort of group dedicated to consuming the meat product spam, the stuff in picrel, and maybe the community is based around the meat?

I think she was straight, so it's not like I had a chance with her, but am I wrong for being slightly mad at my friend for it? I talked about her for almost 3 fucking years and he just got with her because he thought she was pretty/hot. She went back to her ex and married him, but I just hate that they hooked up for 2 months. Not sure if this will be helpful but i've thought about this silence around female mental states for a long time. Female perversion (in a freudian sense, not literally sexual) is neglected. It's seen as an easily treatable neurosis by most people, including feminists, because the (harmful) idealization of women/mothers runs extremely deep. The model of perversion (a destructive coping mechanism) is pretty much based on male examples. Men will often soothe ego injuries with bizarre sexual practices (AGP being a super obvious example). Women, on the other hand, tend to be extremely unwell in other ways (barring mood disorders and schizo). They'll express it inwardly, by harming their own body (EDs) or with an abnormal investment in motherhood (moms of 'trans children', munchausen's). This focus on oneself is downstream of the fact that our bodies or children are pretty much the only thing we are 'allowed' to have an iron grip on.
So yeah, women's suffering is inconsequential, as they are deemed incapable of extreme cruelty to themselves or others (usually their own child). Moids/handmaidens who go 'wamen can be evil too!' are technically right but they do not treat the ED epidemic with the gravity it deserves. They do not have much of a grasp on why motherhood and weird age reg stuff becomes so problematic for many women, beyond calling it a 'libtard' 'degen' thing or whatever. Feminists will mention these things but often don't go into the meat of the subject (aside from TiFs i guess), or dismiss it entierely because they think psychology applied to women is entirely sexist. There's an obvious element of sadism in this kind of female mental illness and it's really uncomfortable for some feminists.
I think men do have similar issues, and i think some are even starting to mirror female perversion (ie. dysmorphic men). But, since moids' worth isn't measured with their beauty, it's not as pervasive as anorexia and it's still externalized with incel ideology.

I'm glad your feeling better! I don't have specific product reccomendations for shampoo or conditioner because it depends on your hair type, but maybe look for a scalp scrub. My other two reccomendations are the Dr. Bronners peppermint soap and Cerave SA face wash. The Dr. Bronners needs to be diluted with water unless you use the bar version. Just put a few drops on a wash cloth and add water until its foamy. It cleans well and gives you that tingly clean feeling. Just make sure to use body lotion after because some people find it drying. As for the SA cleanser, it really helps with fungal acne which some people get when they go without bathing for a while. It exfoiliates but chemically rather than physically, which is better for your skin. Make sure to brush your teeth, scrape your tongue and floss too!

Btw, there's hundreds of videos on YouTube of podiatrists cutting thick toenails if you search it. Maybe that'll give you more of an idea of what you should dom

Interesting snacks, in a cute reusable basket. Get a small variety of interesting snacks that you probably wouldn’t normally reach for when shopping, put them in a reusable basket so it can serve a dual purpose, and then add a simple paper tag tied to the handle.
In colder months a simple throw blanket is always a good go-to gift, one of those really soft fuzzy throws. A Yankee candle for a woman, in a basic scent like vanilla or cinnamon if you don’t have any idea what smells they would like. If it’s like a gift because you’ve been invited to someone’s home then you could always go with some fresh flowers, eucalyptus, or a living house plant.
If you have a little money to spend a safe bet is always a high quality version of a product everyone uses. So a high quality lotion, high quality chapstick, something along those lines.

Both, as well as a CBC. Ferritin are your iron stores, which are a good indicator to show if you've been iron deficient over a long period of time. Ferritin can sometimes be falsely elevated because of certain diseases/conditions, so it's also important to get an iron panel done as well because transferrin saturation is also good to know. Both of these tests will tell you if you're iron deficient, but only a CBC can show if you're anemic (low hemoglobin). You can also have symptoms of anemia, with only iron deficiency and no anemia. Iron deficiency anemia is very late-stage iron deficiency, normally your body will try to pool all your iron together to make hemoglobin. So your iron has to be very very low for it to affect your hemoglobin (unless you've recently lost a huge amount of blood or there is something else going on, hence why multiple tests are necessary to diagnose iron-deficiency anemia)

I also suggest you do do more research on your own and learn how to read your results, because most primary doctors don't understand how iron-deficiency anemia works. Some good resources are Iron Protocol and The American Society of Hematology.

Waitressing isn’t an option and I’m too ugly for receptionist type shit. I’m done with music (at least professionally) because of said health issues that affect my performance and I finally decided to just do medical coding because it seems like a guaranteed job but I’m months away from certification and being able to apply to those jobs. I thought I’d be able to finish my certification and get a job but I’m constantly being threatened with homelessness so I feel the need to get a job immediately. Genuine question, I need advice:
Some moid I was friends with some years ago stopped talking to me during the pandemic. I saw it as a pandemic thing, no problem, talk to me whenever you want, let's hang out later. But even back then I started noticing that this dude was getting tired of me. For many years he was very important to me, kind of like a brother to me. But then after he got a gf, he stopped caring about me completely. Like he got mad at me out of nowhere I don't get it tbh. No he wasn't into me, he thought I was ugly I think. But anyway I've been trying to reconnect with him recently to no avail. He's always busy. He always says no. We were very open with each other at some point and I've been telling him that him ignoring me for so long has been hurting me. Years, not just now. He has been ignoring me for years.
I start crying and tell him on text I really have no friends like him and that I really think this is over. We only called once in 5 years of pandemic. All this exchange is in text. He says he has changed, he went to therapy and he thinks what I'm saying is manipulative and violent. I admit I'm not perfect. But he really drives home that I'm hurting him and that I'm manipulating him. That he has changed and can't be there for me anymore.
In his mind he probably did the best choice and I understand his point of view. But anyway, something doesnt seem right to me, I've seen this time and time again in other moids. The whole "I went to therapy and now I think you're manipulative and violent" thing. I wasn't telling him that he sucks, only that he was hurting me. Idk.

My question is if I'm dumb or is my suspicion is right? Like I said I acknowledge my faults. Something doesn't sit well with me though.

Being intimidating and no nonsense, as well objectifying men is actually a good thing. It scares off lazy guys who will think you're too demanding and high maintenance. I think the vibe you give off is fine. The right type of guy will respond to that energy and want to impress you for real. Making yourself seem more approachable will actually get you worse quality guys trying to date you, sure they will try to impress you but it's all fake BS until they feel they have you locked down.

Cotton and spandex can be hand washed or put in the washing machine with cold/cool water. However, if the fabric hasn't been pre-washed or pre-shrunk, it can shrink in the wash because cotton usually shrinks the first time it's washed. Some clothing brands don't pre-wash their fabric before they assemble the garments and lazily pass that burden off to the customer by slapping a "dry clean only" label on the clothes. If you do wash it, make sure to air dry it or tumble dry on low/no heat because that will tighten and shrink the fibers.

I’m wondering do I need to go through my gp for this or can I just choose a vein clinic and make an appointment? The best boba I've had was on the 2nd floor of a random strip mall next to a Korean dentist kek. they handrolled the boba and the tea had real fruits, not the powder flavoring. Skincare, hairdressers usually fuck up your hair anyway. It's better to learn to take care of your hair by yourself. No. 1924529

>>1924516
Ok nonna hear me out, I will try to explain.
Male socialization is way different to how women are treated growing up. They get away with more shit. They're complete and utterly losers no matter what personality or level of success they have. Growing up, in most cases, males are allowed to be loud, obnoxious, very physical too. It's encouraged. Depending on the male they might be more well behaved and maybe their personality will be sweeter and genuine. Do not be fooled though. All of them have the defective XY chromosome aka their whole being is parasitic and incomplete. One might argue they don't even have a soul like women do.
I'm not super feminine so I've always been prone to men befriending me. Men are really weird, inconsistent, unpredictable, could exchange you for a sack of potatoes tomorrow if their brain chemistry tells them so. Criticize them once and it's over, they're sensitive crybabies no matter how strong they think they are. Be prepared to be labelled overly emotional and hard to deal with as well if you open up to them. Never tell them how you really feel specially if you're radfem inclined or pinkpilled. They're very coom brained. Be labeled as "one of the boys" (you will never truly be one of the boys) and they will tell you some of the most disgusting shit ever. They see almost every female friend as a potential fuck hole, like I'm not even kidding. Just be mildly attractive and their desperation will want them to make any advance on any girl. I'm not attractive (homely next door girl type I guess) and I'm happy about it because if I was I imagine it would be so much grosser. Instead they just tell me their fucked up fantasies and show me their hentai which is equally as weird. I don't even ask. They just do.
I could go on and on and on but it's tiring to think about it.

They function in society, often better than me.. they still get the diagnosis paper so they can wave autistm at everybody on the internet though kek.
My cousin works in an organization for autistic children and she's quite annoyed about these people, because the difference between these soft autists and autists like her little brother who can only say about 10 words are huge. Nobody cares about the actual retards, but the quirky artistic girl who's obsessed with dragons and flaps her hands sometimes steals all the attention that should be given to people who have actual problem.

If autism is considered the next step in human evolution, do you think it stemmed genetically like in the dna from people being rude and mean and others isolating themselves so that genetic makeup has chosen coldness and delusion to protect itself. Is that how biology is tricking itself into thinking being antisocial and obsessive is some sort of biological advantage

I honestly think its because of the substances people are putting into their body. Most of the kids with autism where I live it's not a secret their parents are massive party goers and were probably conceived while their parents where fuelled on drink and drugs. Sperm is constantly regenerated and if some moid is fucked up on a litany of toxic substances that's going into his spunk. Then there's the nurture vs nature debate as far as I'm aware there's no actual biomarkers in the dna for autism (biomarkers are a recognised sequence of dna that codes for certain things, it's how we can target and correct some diseases). I feel like a lot of children get failed by their parents. I know for the first years of my nephew's life his mother would insinuate he has autism and it's hereditary from our side (no one has been diagnosed in my family) and why he's so developmentally behind. Which he wasn't. He wasn't potty trained or had a routine and that's not on him, he's now one of the top kids in his class

Thank you for answering sincerely. It isnt something I've thought about in depth like at all (hence thread) so I was mindlessly typing but I occasionally see rude autistic men using some argument about it being the next step in human evolution to dismiss why they are assholes for some reason. I don't think mild autism is comparable to people who genuinely are disabled by any means, and I am confused by so much insistence that it's the "next step" because a lot of people with autism cannot function on their own, so I am not surprised to hear high-functioning men throwing that pseudoscience around to justify being rude lol

There's obviously people with learning difficulties but not to be rude they've got genetic markers for those things. Someone that hasn't been socialised well doesn't necessarily mean they're autistic like a lot of people self label, they just weren't socialised well. Some parents are to blame for that you get weird isolated families where the parents are social recluses. Some peoples parents are narcs and neglectful and that makes socialising harder. I don't think humans are evolving to be school shooters I think those people were just defective social outcasts and clearly for good reason.

Also evolutionary wise humans cognitive abilities did not progress at the same rate humans started building large towns that became cities to the sprawling metropolis we have now. It's theorised we only have capacity to retain detailed knowledge on 150 or less people, so stranger danger is constantly triggered because we're constantly flooded with images of others and see strangers around our towns and cities we have no connection with. You'll see it in other species they freak out when an unknown comes into their space. I do think technology and globalism will impact evolution from that stand point and our brains will rewire and become more complex to make space with the constant information we're surrounded by. So i think when you get loners exposed to the Web they can either become fascinated and not bitter or you'll get the weird bigots that can't believe people exist outside of their reasoning.

I know there are a lot of fakers online, but you will also see a ton of them online because it's not uncommon for autistic people to rely on the internet for most of their socialisation needs, especially in fandom spaces or hobbies. You won't notice it irl because it's not as blaring obvious as people make it out to be. Some autistic people once getting therapy can literally just pass as a normie because they managed to win the lottery in their symptoms, whilst some will appear as weirdos or socially inept, but you won't assume they are autistic before you think of them as rude or introverted. It's only the higher level autistic people you can recognise straight away, but i feel like they aren't that common or tend to be more isolated than higher functioning autistic people. They also can't really speak for themselves of course.

They can and many women arent diagnosed until adulthood. Women aren’t retarded rape apes like scrotes and even little girls with debilitating adhd and moderate autism are better at masking than your average adult scrote who doesn’t have either condition as severely as the girl in question. But they definitely won’t be well adjusted adults, diagnoses around 18-24 are pretty common for women since this is when we are finally getting out of academia and trying our hands at adult life and it becomes impossible to ignore.

>the alien takes aoi away and Kaori trips on a rock and falls
>Aoi-sama…
Meanwhile in most western media I've consumed it's more like:
>the wind blows and the cherry blossom petals fall everywhere in the middle of a park in Kyoto
>Alberto de Jesus, you must stop this charade
>Alberto de Jesus just looks away dramatically
>no, I must continue before you! Die!
>shows face of Aura Arevalo, she begins to cry
>I won't die! Stop acting insane!
>Alberto de Jesus looks at Aura Arevalo and walks towards her to hold her in his arms
>if I don't do this, Aura, our future together will die
>dramatic background music intensifies and they kiss
Is it just because of style? Or is it more of a cultural thing? Is it a language thing?

How do I know if an outfit looks good on me? Other women in my family come to me with outfit and accessory advice because I can be objective with them but I feel like I can’t see myself objectively ever. Clothes always feel or look wrong on me and I never wear jewelry because it annoys me. I’m very tall with broad shoulders and wide hips and flabby thighs but have a bony chest/upper body so I get confused.

Women must be the perfect incubators and then the perfect mother, to regret children hurts the patriarchal view that women are made to have children rather than it just being something we can do.

No. 1927484

>>1927405
It really just depends. I sometimes do this (or even drive further), and other times I decide it's not worth it.
My considerations are often:
1) how much do I like the movie and do I feel I'd enjoy the experience of seeing it a theater vs at home
2) how much do I enjoy the particular theater? (if it's a small-theater I tend to enjoy it a lot more and want to support them vs if it's an AMC with stadium seats or whatever)
3) Do I need an event to look forward to/a reason to get out of the house?
so maybe that might help you decide? If you have any local friends that you've been meaning to hang out with, you could ask them along, or of course go by yourself too!

Getting pierced with a needle is typically far less painful than getting pierced with a gun. The trouble with industrials is in the healing process, imo. I ended up taking mine out because I kept lying on it in my sleep / got my hair tangled in it

Cartilage piercings do hurt a lot more than lobes but it's bearable. If you got your nose pierced it's about equivalent pain, hurt less than my septum even. The healing process absolutely sucks. Mine took 6 months to heal and it was really prone to infection. Even though I washed it with saline twice daily, my ear was red and tender for a while and sometimes my hair got caught on it, which hurt. Also if you're a side sleeper make sure you get it on your non-sleeping side kek.
I got mine done a while ago and was venting on here about how I was considering taking it out because of the pain, some nona convinced me to keep it and now that it's healed I'm glad I did because it's really cute. I remember some time ago seeing this chart some scrote made with famous examples about Asian female + white male kids and white female + Asian male kids and how the AF + WM kids always ended up slightly retarded/ugly and the WF + AM kids would end up much more attractive/intelligent. It stuck with me and now every time I see a half Asian/white it always seems like the theory is correct (obviously sometimes exceptions). Why would genetics work like this? Is it because white men who go after Asian women are usually ugly creeps so the genetics are bad anyway? If anyone could find the chart I’m referring too that would be great. It had examples like Elliot roger on.

No. 1928073

>>1928065
It probably has to do with the fact that Asian men are far less likely to get with a failwoman meanwhile Asian women have different sort of blinders on and if he's tall and has a good job (or is rich) he's in if they're a fetishizer. Women in general, not just Asian women, are far more forgiving of men and especially in a xenophobic country with a lot less exposure to foreigners, an ugly white man who is 5'10 with blue eyes probably seems perfectly fine. On the other hand Asian men (all men) are coomers and aren't going to get with the female equivalent of what Asian women settle for. Not saying they pick bombshells or anything, but they generally pick more conventional or at least less offensive looking counterparts

This question is going to get cringe, beware
When I was 12 I think either me or my mom made some cat ears for a costume and I was super obsessed with them. I would wear them all the times and make cat noises kek.
Recently, on a whim, I bought cat ears online and I've been wearing them around the house again. Not outside, just alone where nobody can see me. But as happy as it makes me I feel very fucking stupid because well, I'm not 12, I'm in my 20s, but they give me so much joy. Should I be ashamed? I'm not a furry and I don't care about anime cat girls. I just wish I was a cat.
Next cringe question. Cat ears give me genuine joy and I know this type of metallic ones were popular some years ago and I saw other women my age wearing them outside too. Would it be acceptable to do so or is it too much?

If she's on facebook, make her profile follow a group that she would be vaguely interested in (like bird watching, photography, baking, ect), but that never posts. Once she follows it, Facebook will completely fill her feed with "suggestions" and you can't get rid of them no matter what.

>Can you get a hold of your mom's phone and computer? Start blocking some of the crazy groups she follows one by one. Do it slowly, and ideally, do the ones who post the least first.
Sadly, no. She religiously follows those people on her phone. She has all their names and accounts etched into her memory so she follows them back when she creates an alt. She bragged about this to me. The problem is that she blasts their podcasts and videos out loud so unless I'm in my room, their bullshit is broadcasted across the entire house. She brings politics into every convo, not just with me but other people too which leads to awkward situations. It's a severe case of brainrot to the point of her cutting off her own brother because he simply said he disliked Elon Musk and that he didn't like right wing media so I don't doubt she could do something similar with me and my sister over a simple and civil disagreement. For the sake of peace I simply nod along and try to steer conversations in other directions but it's in vain. I think we've reached a point of no return. Thanks for the suggestions, anon, I really appreciate them.
