Tbh i first thought she was an obsessed germophobe but she's right for saying wsshing your hair once 1/2 weeks is nasty. I don't like saying it but I feel like lately this website has turned into "femcel" (femcels don't exist but you get the gist) space where some users are seriously lacking in personal hygiene and social abilities like incels do.

It depends on your nature of hair. 2 weeks is definitely nasty but once a week that's what i do for my curly, dry, brittle hair and they are never dirty/greasy. I wash more if i do a big workout ending up in my hair being sweaty, but otherwise it's always once a week for me and i'm not nasty at all.

i think it definitely depends on your type of hair. like 3a-c, 4a-c hair i think does not need to be washed every day or every 2 days because it's drier, more dense, and doesn't get as dirty/oily as say, 1a-c, 2a-c, etc
