–Their (fucking adorable) cat was comfortable around them, was permitted to move freely, and was not restrained or teased in any way.
Mariah
–Didn't bother to shower or even wash her face before her response, and smirked and smiled throughout, indicating a complete lack of sincerity and seriousness.
–Filmed in her garbage-strewn, under furnished home that resembles a low-tier frat house after a kegger.
–Mariah's (also fucking adorable) cat did not appear in her video, but in the staged version she claimed she trashed because it didn't sound right, she was clutching Guzma, who is always overstimulated and shows the results of being teased (which is not abuse, not trying to get that ball rolling because he isn't abused, just poorly socialized and trained).
But even more so, symbolically these two videos show the chasm between Mariah and the women she's attempted to degrade or embarrass. Susu, feminine and attractive, is also more powerful than Mariah and not to be crossed easily so Mariah focused on the weaker Bunny. Bunny is plump but well-groomed, well-dressed, pretty and decidedly feminine. Mariah, by way of contrast, is a lumbering, wide-shouldered "one-of-the-boys" types, an image she fostered because she lacks the will to take care of herself to achieve an attractive appearance, let alone one that is both attractive and feminine. She aches to be like Bunny and Susu but her essential nature will not permit her to take care of herself in a positive way that requires discipline.
All the women Mariah put her hands on had something she envied - a devoted male partner, genuine friendships with more famous cosplayers, a more attractive appearance. The semiotics of the video Susu and Bunny put out compared to Mariah's shows why Mariah's abuse played out the way it did. She's out of her league and lashes out - even Vamp, who we often deride as ugly or unambitious had a boyfriend, a decent body, a reasonably cute apartment and a managerial position at a supermarket before she met Mariah. Being a front-end manager is a nice job for someone without higher education and it shows she worked her way up from probably a cashier position. Vamp, one of Mariah's most mocked friends, is enviable compared to Mariah because she could attract a man and date him without bribery or threats and had the discipline to keep a genuine retail job. So Mariah treats her like shit and humiliates her whenever she can.
Mariah tries to humiliate women who are who she wants to be but lacks the focus, dedication, honesty and self-knowledge to become. And without knowing a thing about the males she's groped, I guarantee you each one is attractive and unlikely to give an unwashed danger hair wearing the same outfit for days a second glance. She either touches them for access she would never get or to punish them for ignoring her. She breaks the equipment of better cosplayers. She is jealousy personified.

That's why literally every store has a sign that says, "We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anybody."
Second, to prevail on a discrimination claim, you have to show that you're a member of a protected class and that you were discriminated against BECAUSE you're a member of that protected class. You're a member of a protected class typically because you are: a non-white racial minority; a member of a religious minority; you are a female or a nonbinary gender; your sexual orientation is something other than heterosexual. If Dragoncon were to ban Moo, it would be because she's ADMITTED to sexually assaulting other cosplayers and many people in the cosplay community have accused Moo of harassment. As much as Moo wants to spin this as her being a martyr, being a creepy sexual predator does not make you a member of a protected class, so it's perfectly legal to ban her on that basis. It would be legal even if the claims could not be verified 100% as true.
In any case, Moo wouldn't sue them because it would bring MORE attention to the sexual assault and sexual harassment claims, which is the opposite of what she wants.
It's the same reason she'll say that these girls are lying or have vendettas but there is zero chance of her going after them for slander or libel. Because it would cause people to look even more closely at these claims and because if you can prove that the statement you made is true then it's a 100% defense against libel/slander.
