In this arc she tortures and kills the Sonozaki matriarch before killing her, attempts to drug and presumably kill Rika until Rika just ends it herself by stabbing her own throat, tortured and killed Satako because she blames Satoshi's suffering on her, imprisoned Mion so she could take her identity, who she also later killed, ultimately caused Keichi's death after she stabbed him and he died in the hospital later on, and then Shion died in the end by falling off an apartment building.
The deaths have slight variations by which form of media you're looking at it through (the anime, VN, manga), but all it boils down to was that it was Shion who was the main antagonist of that arc, due to Satoshi's disappearance and the events that followed (like the fingernail scene)
