I'm getting trained and being paid a penny above minimum wage and after 6 weeks I'll go up to £9.52 an hour which is not great and it's not great hours, but at least I'm getting experience in my field. Hope >6 months experience will be good enough to land me another job or I can hopefully argue for a higher wage whenever the hell we have staff reviews.
