I never thought I’d be here but I’ve found myself in a position to be able to buy real estate. Do I buy myself a dumpy single family cottage or a newer condo? Condos in my budget are a lot easier to find than sfhs but I really like the idea of fixing up my home over time and having a flower and vegetable garden.

Why did 20th century actors and actresses look so healthy? And if it’s to do with the modern world then how do you try to mitigate that as much as possible? It seemed like people looked good without trying despite the fact that now we have better healthcare, more knowledge is mainstream with the internet, there’s very easy access to all kinds of supplements and the existence of photoshop.
