I also do know it's been brought up a number of times in Meta usually by farmers reporting particular posts where either the man has outright said he is one or farmers suspect from his/her style, posts, etc that it might be the case. Those are typically investigated and the staff makes a case by case bases. Sadly some of the outed men do come back to try to further disrupt the site, often through ban evasion, VPNs, etc. The staff and rules state the best way to deal with those situations is not to engage with the man or men in question to report the posts so a staff member is properly aware of what's going on, and to let them handle it.
Again from reading Meta there have been men and or transexuals in both the TIM and TIF threads on and off for some time (IE even under the previous administration). There are also an number of openly male white knight types that show up from time to time either to defend a particular cow(s) or to argue/troll women engaged in discussing various social issues and speculating about the role men play in those situations. Obviously these are reported and banned right away but sometimes they have to be banned a number of times again owing to various work-arounds before they actually leave, and sadly some come keep coming back to troll/argue for sometime.
There has been speculation both in Meta and other threads as to why we are seeing an upsurge of men attempting to disrupt/inflitrate/troll etc the site right now. I won't repeat all of it you can find most of it fairly easy and certainly the discussion in Meta is easy to access. In brief though certain on-site events and also world events have attracted men (often speculated to be from sites like 4chan, Kiwi, and other male dominated sites) to come here and purposely troll/disrupt/bait/etc to disrupt things here. In addition there have been a number of "handmaiden" (AKA pro-men/male points of view etc) showing up, the recent Trad threads in Snow are a good example that I've seen personally but from what I've read/seen on occasion they do tend to browse other threads and parts of the boards.
The good news is that we still have a good on-site staff whom is usually able to (especially now that the change in admins/new recruitment etc has taken place) to help take care of these and other attacks/problems the site typically has to deal with (people coming here to spam various forms of pornographic/gory/illegal images and or links is a well known one as an example).
Again the advice they give about what to do when you encounter someone you suspect of trolling/disrupting/etc is to not engage, report it to the staff and let them handle things.
The other good news (having been for a minute I've seen this happen a few times) is that typically at some point the person trolling/disrupting/etc will get bored of it and leave on their own even the ones whom try ban evasion for a while to carry on their antics. Certainly it's annoying, frustrating and in some cases even upsetting however all and all I'd say the site, it's users, and it's various staffs (I've gotten to see two in action myself) seem to do a pretty decent job of trying to keep this an safe all woman board where women can come and discuss freely anonymously anything they'd like (within the rules of course) without having to worry about dealing with men or "handmaiden" types for the most part. While no system is a hundred percent perfect obviously, this is generally considered one of the few really safe places for women to come and discuss things/have fun/etc with other women. Hopefully it will remain up and running for a long time to come.

I'm not kidding when I tell this story, when I was working at a Chuck E Cheese-like place, some ginger boy coworker came up to the Asian girl coworker, and just started sperging out about how much he "fucking loved Asians". He mentioned anime, Ancient Japanese rituals, and how small Asian girls were. He eyed her down like she was a piece of meat. He was in her personal space, and almost launching directly over her. I could tell she smiled just to be nice, because her eyes were frustrated and pleading as if she was mentally begging anyone to distract him.
Another instance is when I was in a friend group that I thankfully left. There was a Chinese girl who was a lesbian. Everyone knew she was a lesbian. Yet, that didn't stop the fucking nigcel of the group from hitting on her whenever they were in the same room, and even though he had a girlfriend already. He championed his self-proclaimed "yellow fever" and "Asian girl porn addiction" anytime he was around that poor Chinese girl, while she also smiled politely as she looked around and mentally begged for anyone to distract him. To this day, I still can't fucking believe that nignog was so porn-fried, he actually made the audacity to speak an essay on what got his dick hard…to a fucking LESBIAN, and while he had a GIRLFRIEND.
I've seen scrotes get this way about Latinas, white women, Native, and black women as well. It's like no matter what, race fetishing scrotes can never hide their dumb kinks for the sake of an appropriate social gathering.
