There was also an issue with her not getting enough nutrients in the womb so she was born very small, she looks like a premie but technically isn't. She's growing but still noticeably small for her age.
Acacia has been pretty silent on addressing any issues with Rosie, she gets really defensive when people ask about her even though most of them are just concerned fans who mean well. It's clear she needs extra help and physical therapy but her mother would rather prioritize yet another unnecessary Disney trip instead of helping her child.
What really bothers me is that when Acacia was still pregnant, her daughter was diagnosed with tetralogy of fallot (a heart defect) which later ended up being a misdiagnosis. But when Acacia thought Rosie had ToF she seemed to be way more open about it and made a cutesy slogan for it and everything. Then when Rosie was born it seemed like Acacia was ashamed of her, especially since she was kind of a strange looking newborn and a lot of people asked questions about her. A heart defect is easily glamorized and romanticized but developmental delays aren't as cool and aesthetic for her, I guess.
