Where the fuck were you when she refused to send the prize (ABH palette) to the giveaway winner? Jackie has been ignoring the winner for two weeks even though the winner was sending her messages to check on the giveaway.
The winner was in a hurry because she was moving from her college dorm and did not want her package to be stolen when she is gone. Jackie even promised her to send the prize very quick.
But Jackie ignored her for 2 weeks, she only responded when the winner submitted an ASA claim against Jackie for scamming her. Jackie then gave her a very rude response and decided to cancel her giveaway (which is illegal to do once the winner is chosen).
I have seen the drama of the giveaway winner unfold in front of me so I can verify.
