In the photo on the right, her waist looks way, way too small compared to her arm and upper body. It looks really disproportionate and unnatural. Her arm is angled slightly towards the camera so it's gonna appear bigger, but still, her waist shouldn't be that much smaller. Also, the side of the towel by her stomach is curving in a weird way.
It doesn't resemble her in videos, as she so helpfully pointed out for us, so I did some shoddy shooping and I feel like this is a more realistic version. Her torso looks more proportionate to the rest of her body now and seems to resemble what she looks like on camera. The sad thing is, she doesn't even look fat. This isn't proof that she shooped, obviously, but it sure seems like she did. It would also explain her bizarre need to break down why the photo doesn't match up with her appearance in videos.

It'll be your fashion template and will help you when you go clothes shopping.

There had been in the past critical discussion on sociopathy and psychopathy in that the former is referred to as "made" antisocials the other "born", and some think this is an important distinction to make. In the working (non-research based) psychological community, it's useless and both terms are something only layman tend to use to make a point that someone is a bad person.
Ian does not come across as an antisocial. His affinity for dogs is a good check mark off. If anything he's a narcissist, but again, it's stupid and a waste of time to really try to dig into the psyche of someone who bathes in sarcasm as every single person will interpret the meaning differently.

I forget who it was, some comedian, but they used the 1-10 looks scale and also included geographic location to qualify it. For instance, a 7 in NYC would be a 9 in Cleveland or 5 in LA. That being said, I don't think Ian is a psychopath, I

I'm well aware that psychopathy/sociopathy are not officially recognized by the psychological community and that the closest thing is ASPD, but that requires a history of criminal behavior. As for the girl I knew, no, she didn't have BPD. I actually have BPD (I barely do at this point, thanks to 10+ years of CBT) and I didn't recognize any sort of BPD traits in her.
