>>527476Call me paranoid but with how men will stop at nothing to infiltrate women's spaces any woman-fronted project is difficult to make a reality. Look at how far they'll go to invade groups that clearly don't even have anything to offer them just for the sake of "pwning" us- lesbian subreddits, Ovarit, even lolcow. They make bad faith arguments for the sake of bringing us down, it doesn't even have to get branded as "the
TERF startup" for them to start a mass harassment campaign against a female-led project.
Japan is better for it because their TIMs are too mentally ill to complain about women's spaces and trans shit is still not as socially acceptable as in the west but that's a unique cultural gap. And culture does make a difference in branding. Probably introducing yourself as a group of women from some small innocuous country like Slovakia or whatever would be more likely to keep you off the radar because you could fight fire with fire and claim ignorance. Or just pretend to be Japanese I guess, kek.
In my opinion the only way a real female team can succeed is if it's a tight-knit group of women who know each other IRL and have good online opsec to keep TIMs (and potential rats) out, also not engaging with criticism from trannies. Engagement means acknowledgement.
TL;DR there is hope but not much. Unfortunate how in this day and age it would be safer to call yourself a genderqeer nonbinary startup.
