I've been reading a lot of Dostoyevsky this past year and I plan on reading Idiot and one other book of his. I read a lot of non-fiction as well, like Let Them Eat Ketchup, and Disposable Domestics, which I think every woman should read regardless of their opinions on modern western identity politics. I also read crap, like Chainsaw Man, but I can't afford the Shonen Jump sub right now so I'm biding my time. I also love nu-metal, metal, rap, deep house, and a bunch of other random things. I was a huge weeb for many years but grew out of it after coming to a realisation about how inherently perverse most anime is, though there's still a lot of stuff I think is of value that I'd like to watch.

I don't often watch movies by myself, but I usually gravitate towards those dating from the 90s-00s, primarily thriller/crime/action, sci-fi, and stuff with retarded humour like Crank or Norbit. INTP-T, and I don't like astrology. I've been frequenting the site on and off for around 5 years now, I'm also familiar with other imageboards but stopped using them a long time ago. Someone who observes but rarely intervenes. I have irl friends whom I cherish but only one online. I am dying to talk to someone however I just don't know where to start. Also, I'd like to say respectfully, I prefer to keep politics out of our conversations. It's not that I don't care about the state of the world - social media has rewired my brain many years ago and as a result, I've become overwhelmed and paranoid. I barely use it now.

I enjoy watching CSI, NCIS and traveling shows. There's too many books on my backlog but I am currently reading Anna Karenina, Confessions and The Wildflowers; any genre is fine. I mainly listen to older Jpop, denpa and whatever interests me (fixated on BGM at the moment and slowly getting back into Vocaloid). Anime, manga and visual novels as well (Magic User's Club, You're Under Arrest, Yuukan Club, Crystal Dragon, Fata Morgana, Ever Maiden). I tend to play VNs based on the plot or artstyle, I don't care about sex. I'm not the type to write analyses or discuss media in length, but I'd love to read your perspective. Lastly, games (Life Makeover, Reverse 1999, MMOs, Roblox). Nothing can go wrong with a cooking sim.

I lurk on every board because I believe if I contribute, I might mess up somehow. I love digging up old websites and looking through them as well as collecting obscure media and games. If you into husbandos/waifus, tell me how you'd die for them, please! I'd like to share mine with you. I am extremely fatigued and my back fucking hurts for over five years, woohoo! I'm an avid dreamer which means I can create whatever scenario I want and replicate voices with ease. One time I lent a book to a classmate who never returned it and that same book was the last thing my dear uncle sent to me before he died. I regret doing that up to this day. The only merch I have of my favorite anime are half of its respective manga and an art book; both of which smell amazing. Graphic design is my passion but I'm still an amateur. Extremely autistic about visual novel music. Lastly, I do not get offended easily because I know I can just log off.

I don't watch TV shows, anime, or movies often but I enjoy action and drama focused anime. My most recently watched anime: Death Note, Blue Period, Vinland Saga, D.Gray-Man, Vanitas no Carte. Need recommendations for anime/manga with good art like these!
I play JRPGs and action games primarily, so if you're into that we will probably get along fine. My favorite series are The World Ends With You, Tales of (Abyss is my favorite), Xenoblade, Limbus Company / Project Moon, Persona, Yakuza, Zelda, Hoyoverse (love/hate relationship with these games). I'm in the process of playing through all the games in these franchises, always welcome to recommendations for other games even if theyre not JRPGs though. I want to branch out a little more. I would love to be able to discuss these games with someone.
I like playing Roblox and multiplayer Steam games with friends. I've been looking for someone to play games like Overcooked, Portal 2 and My Time at Sandrock with. Doesn't have to be those games specifically, anything in the same vein works.
I like japanese, korean, and english R&B, pop, rock music and video game soundtracks.

I lurk on /m/ and artist salt, any art related cow, thread or board I probably lurk it. This thread and the retarded husbando thread (I have multiple husbands) are the only ones I'll actually post in, albeit very rarely. I have somewhat of a phobia of being perceived on social media and on forums.
I'm an introvert and I don't tend to leave the house much outside of work/school when I'm living at home. Only time this changes is when I'm in another state a couple months a year, I enjoy sightseeing and going to restaurants alone.
I've posted in the past version of this thread again and I'll probably post again in the next new one when my username changes.

I love otome games, let’s talk about them! I’m a big yanderefag who likes edgy and nostalgic things. I play some other VNs/vidya too but not super often. I enjoy baking, crafting, and playing guitar and I have a small collection of BJD/Pullip. Not a super frequent anime/manga connoisseur these days but I love older shoujo series like Princess Tutu. I also like things with cute all-male casts, reverse harem, and retarded gag anime. And some outliers like FLCL. I don’t usually like shounen anime though. I’m into some pretentious music bullshit so maybe we could swap music charts/topsters or something if that sparks your interest. I'm also studying Japanese and would love to practice through writing messages.
