Basically, she's a shitty manager and a scam artist. Doesn't send people their items or sends them in unwearable condition. Still hasn't refunded them, despite claiming that she is working on it, and blocks them if they complain. Treats employees badly and fires them randomly. Paid vendors late or not at all, and vendor debt is apparently around 6 figures. When a vendor threatened to bring her to small claims court, she said, "to avoid continuing this extremely stressful and anxiety inducing conversation over $800, I am going to call my dad whom I barely speak to and ask to borrow it to pay you."
Acts unprofessionally and irresponsibly, and tries to excuse her behavior by saying "I’ve literally only been alive for 23 years."

I bought a few things from there about a year ago. They were kind of stupid things (a coffee mug shaped like a pill bottle, penis slippers, a robe with galaxy print on it) but they were all on clearance. I think it took over a month for me to recieve my order. I've had issues with buying clearance stuff from other websites, but there was no communication whatsoever. I sent an email a couple weeks in saying if they didn't give me a tracking number to cancel my order, no response, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company and lo and behold, I get a tracking number.

The worst part? If I had done my research I could have found the things I ordered on Amazon for much cheaper, even with the clearance pricing.

kek I work in a rival e-commerce company and we have so many interns that come to us after Shopjeen. They all complain about how crazy Erin is and they seem so grateful that our founder doesn't have insane daily meltdowns.
