>>2143226I used to follow a bunch of lulzy "failed" cult leaders, they would post almost daily on youtube but never managed to get much traction. I think Teal was one of them, I am so baffled how she has since developed any following at all.
Some others I remember, mostly inactive at least in making videos:
Christine Pavlina, sister of "productivity guru" Steve Pavlina. She was famous for using a white board to chart out her spiritual babbling like a management seminar (picture related), and for her obsession with the band Foster The People, who she claims is some kind of soulmate even though they've never met. Here's her video called "I Made Love to Mark Foster's Higher Self":

https://www.youtube.com/@TheAbsolute/videosKrista Raissa, probably the first failed cult leader who tried to take an "influencer" approach, she's half Finnish and half black and cycled through a bunch of beauty routines before learning she could channel aliens, and began filming herself for hours at a time sitting in the middle of the desert mumbling about "energies" and "realities" in a funny voice. She deleted most of them, this is her creepy DJ husband's channel that preserved the very important "final" message from the aliens:
