Zhen Ming Ng or babypro, is a washed up 33 year old self-employed "artistic" storyteller/filmmaker that travels the world to spread art and love. This entails filming people (especially women) without their consent, rubbing up to hapless cats and dogs and spreading his spiritual wisdom (which are either total nothingburgers or the most insane thing you've ever heard). In a poor attempt at branding, he constantly wears a Chinese brocade jacket though ironically he doesn't speak Mandarin and is out of touch with his heritage.
He seemed like a fairly normal sporty guy with an interest in photography and spirituality working in the Netherlands as an engineer but changed paths after he watched a video on Buddhism while high on weed and had a so-called spiritual awakening. According to him he got sick of being tied down to a 9-5 and he wanted freedom. That meant quitting his job to become a full time ~*artistic videographer*~, travelling the world and capturing the stories of the people with the aim for global recognition. But that was in 2021. 4 years of zero success and he still hasn't learned that he has neither the cinematography skill or personality to allow him to become a full time content creator. He basically has no income but is able to survive off what few gigs he gets and his father's inheritance (who passed in 2019). At first his mother accepted his career change but recently she's grown tired of his glorified hobo behaviour so he is now even more desperate to become famous so he can live off his "art". He posts content everyday and it only gets more unhinged the more desperate he is for recognition. He is also desperate for female companionship (referred to as Talia) but is completely oblivious to the fact he scares them all away with his stalker behaviour.

TLDR: the creepy bastard waxes poetic about staring at a Talia (aka just another woman minding her own business) and lamenting about the what-ifs from calling her out. Picrel is the image of her he generated with AI. I think the post itself is an AI retelling of the story he fed it since the grammar from the image prompt doesn't match. This just adds another layer of creepiness because who knows what else is he doing with it?
