There was a thread about mookichan before, but it seems to have 404'd.
Last time, she was selling overpriced and low quality photosets, much to the dismay of her past boyfriend, criminon. The thread was mainly people trying to find her nudes for free, but later on uncovered some unknown truths about Maki through a friend of hers that posted on the thread.
We know that she has a drug and alcohol issue that has worsened since the passing of her father, and this may or may not be the reason for her rocky relationship with her friends and family.
Fast forwards a couple months, and now she has broken up with criminon, and immediately started posting about her new scene boyfriend. Because of the breakup, she is also homeless now and couch surfing from friend to friend.
To raise money to move in with her new boyfriend, she has been selling her photosets even more, and even doing camshows for people. Unfortunately, being under the influence doesn't seem to help when you are trying to scam people. With a little math done, I've calculated she's made at least $2,000, and that number continues to rise. She always says she's just "a couple hundred dollars away from being able to pay her first month's rent!"
She posts pictures of herself still getting high, and even got a whole array of new facial piercings. I'm wondering if possibly some of her earnings have been going towards her bad habits?
Regardless, as much of a lolcow or a special snowflake she is, I have tried to reach out to her mother. Unfortunately , she doesn't seem to check facebook too often. I can provide screenshots of that as well.

So a friend just showed me this and I have to say it was pretty fun reading it. You guys got a lot of stuff right, and a lot of stuff wrong.
Basically when I met Maki, she was just getting out of rehab for meth. The only drugs I really do are k and e. I stay away from needles and I don't want anything to do with meth or heroin etc. Because of this, I was pretty stern with Maki about not re-using. However at the time she was taking vivanse or however you spell the shit. Basically prescription meth. I felt like I was being used by her the first time we were dating, so I broke up with her. Year or so later I see she's doing better and she cleaned herself up and we started talking again. I really wanted a ferret and she actually sent me the remaining money I needed to buy it and that kind of made me believe she had changed. I later found out she stole the money from her parents. Despite that, she ended up moving in with me in Iowa, and things were alright. She immediately got a job and we had life plans of where we wanted to be in x amount of years.
After one week of work she quit. I just tried to encourage her and helped her find another job. She got a new job immediately after she started applying, and lasted there less than a month. After several months of her not having a job, my parents helped her get a job where I was working, and that lasted a few weeks.
To make a long story short, she couldn't hold a job, and basically mooched off of me while she was living with me. I had a full time job, and I bought booze and drugs, and while I was working, she was doing them with my friends. She made so little money in that year that I was able to legally count her as a dependent on my taxes. (less than 2,000).
Because of this, our plans for moving back to Cali didn't really happen. I had enough to move back right when she moved in with me, but I knew it wasn't enough to get a place and have her live with me in Cali, so I did the next best thing and figured the two of us could save the money up even faster. (LOL I was wrong)
After her Dad died, she kind of 180'd and became incredibly self destructive. Her mom isn't really a saint, and is incredibly selfish. At least that's the vibe I got from reading her messages to Maki. She basically only wanted Maki to come back to Cali so she could comfort her. She didn't really seem to have any empathy as to how Maki was feeling about the matter. It always seemed to go back to her mom.
Her mom ended up paying for Maki and I to move back, and she sent us 3k. Using that money, and the money I had stored up, I packed everything I could of ours into my car and drove from Iowa back to Cali. I had to leave my ferret behind because we didn't have enough room for him. Incredibly sad about that. (we sold him to a loving family)
Fast forward to being in Cali, and Maki is immediately trying to go shopping with the money her mom used to get us out here. We stay at her aunt and uncles house until we're up on our feet, and my friend Russell lets us move into his spare bedroom. I pay a portion and her mom pays the other portion of the rent.
During this time, I told Maki that we couldn't do drugs and we needed to focus on finding jobs so we could stabilize. She would agree, but her actions weren't really showing that. I caught her smoking weed a bunch of times, especially after she would cry to me about how hard she was looking for a job. Pretty pointless when they are going to drug test you. Really the relationship started falling apart once we moved back to Cali. She took advantage of her mom paying for her rent, and just kind of ran with it.
Also; the agreement with her mother was that she would pay for her to move back to Cali, and pay for rent, but she had to get a job and go to school. So she had school fully paid for. I'll touch up on this later, but just know she had everything handled.
Basically, after working my ass off and supporting her for a year, I was kind of enjoying a bit of a break. It was less than a month of being there, and I still had some of my savings money so I knew I was chill. Maki came up to me and told me I should really start looking for a job. That… I.. Ha. It absolutely blew my mind. The audacity of this girl, after she's mooching and mooching and instead of her saying "we need to get jobs" or "I'm going to get a job" it was "you".
At this point I basically hated her, lol. She was getting mad at me because I would rather fap than bang her. I started to basically not even talk to her in a given day, despite living with her just because I knew I couldn't rely on her for anything, she wasn't dependable, she was super flaky, and for the most part she was boring. It was around this time I came to the realization that I can't just date girls for their looks. (ya I know)
By the way, most of Maki's photos aren't shooped. Some are, but a lot of the ones you guys are pointing out aren't. I put her on blast when I found out she was doing it because she really doesn't need to. She is pretty, however she was way prettier when I first started dating her. By the end of it she was more plastic than flesh. You run your hand through her hair and you feel extensions. She would never take her contacts out. Gallons of makeup. etc.
Another one of her problems was she wouldn't bathe for days just because she was too lazy to redo her makeup or to redo her hair. So she relied on my funds to buy her dry shampoo and other things. (this is the reason why she looks so grungy now is because no one is buying that shit for her any more)
Yes I was uncomfortable with the nudes. That was the first time I've dated someone doing those things and it's a very weird feeling. You don't know what to say to someone like that. In all honesty it's probably the only way she's going to make money though because she really doesn't have any talents and she can't hold a job longer than a month.
All you can really do though while you're dating someone is be supportive. In all honesty all I wanted was for us to both be able to support each other and have a healthy relationship. But she has way too many negative tenancies that lead to me pushing myself further and further from her.
I couldn't even get fucked up when we went to parties, because I would have to be the one pulling her off of the floor and making sure she wasn't falling over and shit. Quite literally never knowing her limits and would do whatever drugs until she blacked out, puked, passed out, or all of the above.
The entire relationship was just a lot of investment with basically no return at all. The parts of Maki that I enjoyed were squelched by all of her horrible traits, and I was foolish to think those traits got any better when I took her back.
Also, she didn't break up with me. Over the past 6 or 7 months, I had tried to break up with her at least once a month. She would cry, throw herself on me and not let me go to my friends house when I was trying to get away, and was just overall really messy.
Each time I would just drop it because it was easier to just ignore her and continue on with my life.
The last time I tried breaking up with her, she agreed and she left. She got kicked out of her aunt and uncles house almost immediately for doing way too much xanax and being indecent in front of her aunts still teen child. (that they don't want exposed to that shit)
After the breakup, I figured I would hang out with my friends in LB. Almost every time I did, Maki was there, which I found incredibly odd because she would always talk shit to me about them. Now all of a sudden she's buddy buddy with all of them, and I feel like I'm being alienated from that group. I later find out that she immediately jumped ship and went with the two gay guys and became this odd tripod shit.
Also immediately after I broke up with her, she quit her job and she quit school, going back on the promise she made to her mom.
Shortly after that, she started injecting k. I know her current boyfriends also do heroin so I wouldn't be surprised if she's doing that as well, but I don't know this as fact.
She got hella addicted to bars, and basically started using everyone on her friends list. The only people she cares about right now are the people in that Long Beach group of friends.
She claims she was raped by one of them, and that just happens to be the only one I hang out with any more. He told me his side of it, and she was definitely lying about it. They had consensual sex and when Blue (one of her bfs walked in) she claimed he was raping her so she wouldn't lose him as her drug connect.
During this time period is when she was claiming she was homeless. Her mom was giving her a place to stay, but she didn't want to stay there so she hung out at Blue's the entire time. She never needed rent money, and that whole thing was just a sham. She's still living with Blue and his mom. All of that money was for drugs. She recently had a seizure due to taking too many bars. The scabs on her legs are from constantly falling because she's always way too fucked up, and yes those are track marks on her arms and shit. She is most certainly trying to emulate Chen, but she's doing a horrible job at it. Chen's been pretty cool about the entire thing but obviously knows she's being copied.
To be honest I liked Maki a lot more when she wasn't trying to be Chen. At this point, Maki's just really fake, really manipulative, and really selfish. I would stay away from her at all costs. She seems to be some sort of happy doing what she's doing in LB, and more power to her, haha. I want absolutely nothing to do with her any more and I left as soon as I started seeing warning signs.

However she did get way too huggy and cuddly with Blue and his boyfriend at the later part of our relationship.

I commented on her insta and it was shortly removed and she said that she broke up with me. Then when I checked her tumblr and saw all of the begging, so I called her out on FB.

I'm looking at this post for the first time bc I remember loving her style back in high school. Never knew that she was a year older than men either. Rest in peace to her, she had some demons that she was battling, and it hurts to hear that she couldn't beat them. The more I read this thread, the more I realize how mean and horrible you all were being. I read that this was out of concern, but you guys were calling the girl out of her name and judging her for shit that was none of your business??? This thread was posted 7 years ago which means she was only 20…she was so fucking young of course she wasn't going to do a lot of things right especially when she went through so much trauma.
