Has anyone ever heard of Koolkakashi123?

He seems to be obsessed with Wreck-It Ralph's Turbo, and continuously draws horrible soul crushing porn of him.
I've heard from someone who hacked another tartlet's account that he literally begged for scat porn and scat related rps until one person had to nuke their DA account. I believe said person was a troll that just got in over their head though.
Not only does he draw awful art, but ventures into cosplay, with amazingly bad results.
I've also heard that, like Ripto's Fan Girl and LadyALT, he is insanely protective of his fictional character, flaming anyone who DARES to ship him with another character. He's been known to constantly harass other users of this to the point where they have to block his ass. He's got some weird headcannon that the character is gay to justify his obsession. Many uses have pointed out that Disney characters have no inherit sexuality (because they're kid's shows you know), and blocks them faster than a ninja.
Seems very exploitable…
