All mixed race hair types differ. But she defo has used curling rods or a twist out style to define her hair like that. I do it too lmfao, can't fool me. I could tell straight away, especially when I've just seen that pic of her on google with her hair wet and then another where its dried. Her hair looked more tight and less curly. So she definitely uses rods/twists.

It can happen. I find that dark ass black guys/girls who have babies with pale whites (pref ginger) always have the outcome of a pale looking mixed child with grey eyes and light blondish/brown hair because of the genetics acting up.
Also if a mulatto mixed person and a white get together then usually the children come out looking much lighter. Blonde/brown hair, looser curls and light eyes. It's very pretty, I will say.
