I do disagree with the posters who call people like Berry ugly. They're not ugly, they just heavily over-photoshop.

But in general most people have fairly accurate views of people's looks I think.

For every average or cute girl with a fan base calling her "beautiful" and "perfect" there will be another side calling her "ugly" and "nothing special".

I think if this was a regular forum, rather than an anon board, you'd see it was mainly the same people making those comments. For a lolcow board full of females, there's a lot of intelligent and rational conversations. I see less shit posting and fighting here than I do at some boards that are mainly male.

YES. I somewhat frequent a 4chan board where everyone automatically assumes you're a "man, dude, bro" and they get really mean and nasty as fuck. when they come at you, they tear you limb from limb. then I go to lolcow and it's a like a playground fight by comparison.
