How to deal with this cripling fear of failing? It may sound stupid, i know.

A very common fear. Try making things which you promise to yourself you won't show anyone. Only for you.

Your personal projects will demonstrate your creative vision alongside your practical models, which is a portfolio must. Even if they book you to do the boring stuff, they want to be excited by your work.

And ultimately, if you don't get over it, someone less talented but more go-get'm will win. I've been down this road as a freelancer myself, you need to think of yourself as a brand, and if you don't display your full capabilities, you'll cut yourself short.

You can do it!
