She's making her skin darker to look like someone who is black, so yes it is blackface. I'm sure this chick has no idea what blackface is though.

Also she seems annoying as fuck and is fucking terrible at make up. And the stupid duck face she makes when she talks is ridiculous.

Putting on darker foundation to match the skintone of someone you are using makeup to "transform" into is not blackface.
