My daily goals are to walk 10,000 steps and read 50 pages. I know the 10,000 steps benchmark doesn't really have any scientific basis to it, but it feels like the right amount of activity to me. I also force myself to read 50 pages because it's too easy for me to waste hours on the internet, even though hobbies should be fun sadly I do have to force myself to do them because it's easy for me to get distracted.

I didn't get my goals done today..
Which brings me to the conclusion that my goal for tomorrow should be to finally find a therapist or find out where my old one moved to.
I'll do that tomorrow after I take my boyfriend to work at 2, in the car, so I no one else has to hear.
I'll need to call my therapists office and see if they have any available therapists and what the name of my old therapist was. If those answers aren't sufficient I'll have to call my insurance and see who's available. I might save that for a different day if I have to.
My other goal for tomorrow is to wash my light colored clothes so I can fold all my clothes and put them away.
I need to remember I have a phone call at 12.

Has anyone had any luck doing self- check list or bullet journals for daily goals? I've tried but never found a good rhythm to keep up with them. Maybe I'll make a weekly bingo card and see how many of these I can do in one week, it feels less stressful than having a daily goal list and not completing everything that day.

Not specifically, but I have a tip if it helps. Using a planner (the kind where you have a section for each day) has helped me regularly write things down and you don't have to just record events. I write down details about my day, like a diary but shorter so it's easier to keep a habit. Although, if you buy one of those diaries with the dates in it, or one where you fill in the dates, you could have more space. Idk, it's small but I find that having something structured like a calendar helps me keep up better because it is ready for me to use it and check in daily. Just a suggestion!

What I did was chose one thing I really wanted done out of a list like yours, and then force myself through reminders/post it to do it repeatedly. I'd try to do it 20 times in a row so as it to become an habit because I read somewhere that you need to do things 20 times for it to become an habit. Started with something simple (put coat back on coat rack instead of throwing it on a chair), moved to tougher stuff (exercise X amount a week).
