guess I'll continue my coffee sperg since there's a whole ass thread for me now. I love this btw, I think the people in my life are sick of my customer service bitching nonstop but I work full time and I'm pretty suer the general populace is just getting stupider.

A couple weeks ago the power was out and the smooth brain who bought our last drips proceeded to spill them on their way down the street, and a few days later and old ass karen was in to YELL at me about how terrible my service was for not offering a replacement bevvy or A REFUND. Hello? She made sure to tell me the customer is always right when I tried to explain to her how asinine her complaint was.

Haven't faced any anti-maskers yet, but people basically force you to order them around like sheep, like I'm basically a part-time adult babysitter now as well.

Thank heavens I can drink coffee all day or I'd lose it.

I'm at a deli and the sheer number of fucking control freaks who order me in 10 steps to switch my gloves sanitize the machines pour purell in my mouth
is driving me crazy. If you're this concerned about rona don't fucking go to a deli. One day I'll just chimp out and spit on their face.

I work for a store that does ship from store and also does in store purchases and they recently upped our ship from store orders to nearly 200 even though we only have 12 people on staff, only one desk to pack packages, and only up to six people at a time working. our district manager is being a fucking cunt and getting pissy that we can't finish all 150 when we only have one person packing at a time and 1-2 picking the items for orders, many of which are out on the floor and hard to find… it's just annoying. we're all women and this stupid scrote is acting like we're robots who can do the same laborious crap as Amazon does, we're a bunch of 18-60+ year old women and a lot of my fellow employees are older, and can't pack boxes fast, the company refuses to outsource some of our products to get shipped from our home office instead of our stores, and we get an unfairly disproportionate amount of orders compared to other stores within our district for some reason? we also have real customers to attend to besides the ones who order shit online. they only upped all this because of corona, cancelled what was supposed to be our store remodel this year, my boss hired new employees but one of them is already a lazy ass bitch who's cut her shifts twice now… I have to do everything from shipping products, packing, picking, dealing with customer bs, basically everything because I've been there for 3 years but my boss hates that I've got mental health problems and won't promote me. she hired some dumb bitch horse girl because of nepotism and because she had accountant parents and a new degree and thus far horse girl isn't exactly a competent manager, all she's ever done is work as a manager as a shitty mathenasium, where her parents again likely nepotism'd her into a position. this angered me so much. I've been working 7 days straight now despite only being a part timer and my boss had the audacity to be like "u can tell me if you are stressed". nah bitch I've been working my ass off and slaving for three years and she won't even consider promoting me, I don't want to talk to her. it's so demeaning when you try and do fucking everything in your power to move up and nobody sees your potential at all, it's not like I want to be in wageslavery the rest of my life but I'd at least want a management position on my resume post college to make me look good so I don't get stuck as a lackey forever and ever!
