A thread for fatties and former fatties to talk about how horrible being fat is, complain about the toxicity of the fat acceptance movement, share weight loss and exercise tips, post motivational stuff, and whatever other fitness/weightloss related discussion.

Some example topics to spark discussion: embarrassing bodily facts about being fat people are typically unaware of like fold chafing, why "plus size" models like Tess Holiday are dangerous, foods and beverages to avoid.

Rules:
No ~body positivity~ bullshit. This is a thread for people who acknowledge being fat is a bad thing and want to stop.
