whenever i go to something spiritual, religious or whatever the fuck i always get picked out from the crowd and the idk guru, leader, yknow, big person tells me oooooh you're a medium and oh you have great skills!!

But honestly I never had a single supernatural experience in my life, im as a simpleton as they come, heck even when my friends say they can pick up ~bad vibes~ from something or a place i just feel normal and comfortable, it honestly makes it feel like its all cult grooming.

It has made me completely jaded to supernatural shit.

I used to think I had telekinetic powers and was a witch when I was a kid, part of that was to stave off bullies. In reality, the only “powers” I ever really had were intelligence, lying and psychological manipulation as a way to survive whatever environment I was in life.

I am getting tired of doing the latter two and am trying to not use them anymore because I want to get right with God during these awful times. I’ve asked for forgiveness and am trying to do my best on my part.

The only “powers” I used to have was a real intense intuition before bad events would happen and I used to have weird deja vu moments where instead of just remembering the situation I would be able to instinctively remember what else was going to happen afterward or what someone was going to say exactly, this stuff stopped after highschool and then I just was braindead for a bit

Sometimes I read about a famous person or get reminded of them casually in another way and the next day they are dead. It happened with Tom Petty (listened to his music for the first time) and Luis Sepulveda (I was looking through the books at my parents house and saw this collection of his stories that I'd never seen before), who I didn't even know was ill… it kinda creeps me out.

Years ago I was in bed trying to sleep, the room was pitch black but I kept getting an image in my head of a spider and this intrusive thought that there was one above me on the ceiling. It annoyed me to the point where I stood up and switched on the light just to prove myself wrong. Giant fucking spider on the ceiling. I have really good hearing and spatial memory which means I’m often aware of where people in my immediate surroundings are at any given moment. I was always very good at helping coworkers locate each other around the office floor to the point that it apparently creeped some people out. One guy was especially easy to track, but that was mostly because his BO hung around the room for 10-15 minutes after he’d left there. Now that’s a superpower.

Most likely coincidences but.

Deja vus used to be very frequent.
A song (usually old ones/not recent radio hits) would pop into my head at random and the person next to me would either start singing it or talk about it without saying a word about it previously.

Not a superpower but I can tell when I’m about to have sleep paralysis now so I always tell myself to not open my eyes before getting my limbs to move.
Also this is just my retarded ass subconsciously picking up on things but throughout my life I’d have dreams about a guy and then that next day or soon after they’d reveal their feelings for me. It’s weird. It’s like we meet in dreamscape and then they feel comfortable admitting their feelings after gaging my reaction.

None of these were superpowers and it’s kinda blogposting but it was nice to write out. I’d love love love to be able to astral project sometime.

But still, if I had to admit to having a power, it would be the power to look fucking cute and not uggo in the unfiltered selfie cam bareface. And I've noticed filters only make me look worse. Also I am an empath but only with cute animals, not humans. I have made friends with all sorts of animals who would act aggressively towards anyone else.

Sometimes I will have dreams, months later I will have deja vu and recognize what is happening around me and the location is exactly what I dreamed. It's weird, it started a few years ago after moving out of my parents house. Also doesn't happen as frequently as it use to. I had 4 ghost encounters living here for 1.5 years. Had my juon ghost moment at an old Japanese house in kichijoji, saw some shadow men while sleeping at night and heard footsteps going up and down the stairs, walking home I saw an apparition running in a kimono down the street.
