So, it's a bit slow here, is there a way to bring cool peeps here to hang out?

Is there a large female userbase we can advertise to? /cgl/ and PULL but do we really want them here?

Regarding a population increase… I'm kind on the fence because on one hand I'm unsure as to whether new users would benefit the board positively (we could potentially get an influx of SJW's), but on the other hand the current population is stagnating and not bringing anything new to the table aside from infighting and aggression.

This belongs is /meta/ and I don't think we really need a flood of people coming in. Lots of people on here are quick to jump down each other's throats for stupid shit and it would just get worse if new people joined the board. But we might get better content on /pt/ and /snow/. I'm not sure if we really need lots of new people.

If they are actually interested in what this board has to offer (e.g. they are involved in cosplay/lolita and not a tumblrite, or they follow some of the lolcows discussed here) they'll find out about us eventually. Advertising the site will just attract newfags who don't mesh with the board culture, as well as scrutiny from moralfags.

Like, you're talking about advertising on reddit… I can't think of any subreddits that would enjoy the culture here. All of the female-focused subreddits I've seen are ultra-PC and polite if not outright SJW.

What about ediotz? Pretty much everyone there is female + interested in cows. A good portion of the userbase are sick of the influx of whiney sjws/annoying mods/lack of content etc. Or they were last time I checked. I don't use it anymore since I found lolcow, and I was a member for years.

The sjws there aren't especially hardcore and will most likely shut up/and or leave once they realise their shit won't fly here and no one is backing them up.

/cgl/ and /cgl/ clones are the only places it should be advertised. Advertise it anywhere else, and you're going to get a ton of undesirables.
