Regarding 8chan, they don't host or condone CP. Anything illegal is deleted and banned, like any other chan. They obey copyright takedown requests, even just for using someone's drawing without permission. You really think they allow CP?

People reported 8chan en masse, and Google delisted it, because they do allow legal pictures of clothed children, even if those pictures are attractive to sick fucks. An example is http://8ch.net/hebe/. It's gross but they're not nude or semi-nude. Many people reported 8chan to Google, linking those boards as proof they allow CP.

Google later relisted the site in but it looks like they stopped listing it again when I just tried searching for it.
