Was snooping around and there's this one guy my sister's classmates know who dated a 12 year old when he was 16. He said she taught him so much about respecting women, turning him into the better person he is today and he is in his 20s.

He made out with her when she was 12. He planned to wait until she was 18 to take things further. Her parent was murdered and to cheer her up, he dated her. He used her like of older men to get close to her. Then he abruptly cut off the relationship after cheering her up to prevent her from being codependent on others including older males.

She stopped talking to him for like 4 years or so? Then resumed speaking to him. He said his plan to cheer her up worked and even today in his 20s he would not do things differently.

Others explained that even though he had autism, there is still a power imbalance between a 16 year old and 12 year old because of their developmental milestones of the brain and life experience differences. His peers thought it was weird because he seemed like a sensible person (fighting against injustices against race, gender, wanting equality) other than that strange situation.

What do you think? Was this guy in the right? He claimed he was not preying on her at all. The weirdos my sis talks to.
