Is anyone here "obsessed" with something/someone?

I used to be somewhat obsessed with Kotakoti circa 2011-2012 when her style and shoops were really cool. I dyed my hair a similar color and did a similar hairstyle
Played her video or searched the music used in her video while doing my hair or makeup
Would search the clothes she wore that i like and make a collage
made a plan of her room back in america i found so pretty
Imagine all the cool things she could do,…
I was an awkward self conscious sad 15yo weeb so there's that.
But the idea of trying to be famous/doing real videos/ on the internet never occured to me, it was scary so i just pretended.
I also pretended to be some kawaii rori aidoru like Venus and Yukapon by dancing in a seifuku in front of my mirror to cute nightcore songs.

Thankfully kinda grew out of all that, i have my own hairstyle and color, wear similar clothing since i like it but not the same, and i still sometimes check old kota's things and old venus and yukapon's things with the wayback machine, filling me with weird nostalgia

Many kids have an awkward weeb phase. I'm glad that yougrew out of yours without having to worry about having a ton of embarassing vids to worry about years later.

As for obsessions… I was more obsessed with books and fictional characters than real people. This only manifested in enjoying others' fanfiction and daydreaming.

i have actual diagnosed ocd so yea i get obsessed really easily like my life is just phases of different obsessions lmao

and yea i had a weeb phase but it only lasted about eight months which is short for me

current obsessions are nu metal bands and thecreaturehub (gaming channel)

Idk if it's intense enough to call obsession, but I definitely sperg pretty hard over speedruns/TAS's and game glitches in general.

I basically just absorb a bunch of arbitrary technical aspects, version/console port differences, and general shit no one actually cares about when it comes to games.
