Ok, so this is shit I heard from a friend because she wouldn't stop vagueing on twitter. I don't really care for/closely follow Markiplier, and this is all through the grapevine so forgive me if some details are wrong.
So after Mark made that post about coming out about having a girlfriend and telling his fans to follow/support her, a blog under the name squid-beatz (
http://squid-beatz.tumblr.com/ *) made a lot of rude posts about Mark. She was apparently mad at him for lying to his fans for so long and then telling fans to follow/support her (which caused a surge of subscribers for her, while Squid has struggled to gain their own subscribers through, I guess, "genuine" means). She made this blog as her venting blog I guess, although it was public so anyone could see it (and maybe find those who felt similarly)
Apparently, Mark then posted about how he wouldn't tolerate fans being (as my friend worded it) "gossiping dickheads" and to just promote love. Squid was, at some point, doxxed, lose her job, and got all of her social media accounts deactivated since Mark's fans kept reporting them for harassment.
She later made a post saying she would commit suicide.
(* This all happened a while ago and when I found out, the post had just been up for a couple of days. I don't believe she committed suicide because I am 99% sure that the layout on her blog was the default layout and not what it is currently)
