What do you guys think about Lockshop wigs? How's the quality?I hate the fact that Chokelate shoops the colors so they look different irl she says she edits them to adjust them to the reality but I've seen customer photos and the colors are different from what Chokelate shows on the website. I own one lockshop wig and the quality is identical to a 10 dollar ebay wig. Shiny and sheds/tangles like a bitch, looks okay in photos though. Definitely not worth the price.

I've got one and I have nothing to compare it to but it's not shiny, looks nice. Wish I could sell it though as I'm really not going to wear a wig and I have no idea why I bought it in the first place.

I have two and I found the quality to be pretty good as in feels silky (not plasticy/shiny!) and is easy to maintain/style. The downside is that the wig caps are rather tight/unadjustable. But I should mention I got mine 2 years ago so the manufacturer could've changed since then (besides the upcoming change).

I have noticed that a lot of the lace front wig stock is available on ebay and aliexpress for a third of the price (as in these wigs were on ebay/aliexpress before lockshop started promoting them!) and I wonder if the quality differs with the price or if it's the exact same wigs (I'm betting on the latter).

On Aliexpress, I remember finding loads of the ombre/multi-colour lace fronts by typing in things like "lace front synthetic ombre wig" (being specific with the colours also helped to narrow searches) and then looked through the other listings of the best looking/seemingly legit sellers for the harder to search for wigs. I know I was finding lockshop wigs like this (http://lockshopwigs.com/lockshop2/home/92-premium.html) for €25/30 about a year and a half ago on Aliexpress (different photos used in the listing, but clearly the same wig when you compare the "lockshop" wigs in lockshop customer pics -not the official edited pics on the site - and the aliexpress wig pics!).

I remember she claimed that some indie brand stole her design ( http://lockshopwigs.com/lockshop2/home/93-premium.html ). Like, Lockshop is not the only wig brand and Chokelate didn't invent ombré hair. You can find this wig on Taobao for 13€
