Skinny fat is pretty much my ideal body type. It's natural, girlish and youthful. Girls are supposed to be soft. Guys are supposed to be ripped so they can defend us.

Being all muscley and sinewy isn't very feminine looking. I think the rippled fit look is ironically very aging because it just comes off like you're either desperate to fight the clock, or it's the only way you can prevent obesity because you don't have the self control to eat like a normal "skinny fat" human.

Im also skinny fat myself, although the only thing thats pudgy is my stomach. Its not huge or anything I just get rolls when I sit but I think most people do. Skinny fat is the average body though is it not? I used to work out 5 days a week but I work or go to school everday. I walk when I can so that kind of helps me with some light cardio.
