Share to me the hottest takes on religions like Christianity, Islam and Judaism, as all of them had a history of women-hating.(duplicate thread)

Anybody can do it?

Most religious people think atheists/agnostics have no morals, and it says a lot about them. They need religion to put limits on them and keep them in order, they would act badly otherwise.

I do think that abrahamic religions and most other religions are a byproduct of a primitive instinct. I do wish that their influence on culture was infinitely smaller but I also think men are too weak to not have an imaginary daddy to abide by.

I never understood the idea that without a god "everything is permissible". It's men admitting to having zero intrinsic morality. Sane people (women) know that certain acts are intrinsically wrong, they don't need to have rules written out forbidding them. Do men really think murder, rape, etc. are only bad because there is a rule against them?

Alright but this counts as a containment thread too correct? If I have to exert effort closing this all the time now, I think that's only fair

Weird how religion has never stopped moids from acting out on their violence. I truly believe only actual harsh punishments and raising them a certain way from birth can. Also, society needs to stop pandering to men, especially pick mes and boy moms.

Don’t we already have a religion thread? This conversation can be had there

Don’t worry OP, our religion/spirituality thread is welcoming of critical analysis. I think maybe we should include this conversation in that thread instead of creating a whole separate one and burying the original under duplicates

It depends because some aspects are the exact opposite of instinctive like anything related to food restrictions, sex or the way crimes are handled/forgiveness.

Murder is fine as long as it's flimsily-defined "heretics" (anyone Christoids claim they don't like). Lmfao Christoids have literally killed other Christoids in the crusades.

we have two religious discussion threads kek I don’t think it’s healthy to the board to ignore the ones that aren’t maxed out and make new ones

By primitive instinct I mean the intrinsic belief of a higher power, and making up rules to live and die by, and associating these rules with a conjured higher power figure.
