I have never seen an actually white person (expept from albinos), nor have I seen actually yellow or red people. Really black people exist but they seem to be quite rare. So most people also seem to be a shade of brown, from light beige to quite dark.
Either way, I think calling someone yellow, brown, black, or white is limiting.

It might be useful some places, and I don't think it's offensive to call someone brown, white, black etc. But why call them that when we can call people African, European, Central Asian, East Asian?
