>>243763Fucking Kollegah. I've listened to him a few times and he really tries so hard with his whole ~law school education~ to be satirical, but doesn't get any better than Farid Bang and Haftbefehl with their constant
>tits whores drugs big cars big guns big dicksbullshit.
It wouldn't surprise me that he's antisemitic. At least Sido and Bushido in the early 2000s were talking about being poor in a country that discriminates against being poor and of Arabian descent.

Maybe too specific: Is it just me or is German YouTube the actual worst? I guess popular YouTubers are usually shitty anyway but between Bibi and Apecrime it's just a fucking joke to me. I can't think of even 5 people that make cood content.

>>243783I actually don't think he's antisemitic, but being a misogynist is bad enough. Don't know about Farid Bang though, he seems even lower.
And Bushido is no angel either…
I hate that only rap music seems to be popular nowadays.
>>243795Well, that's sad to hear, but i guess you're right. It's been a long time since any of our celebrities "have made it" outside of Germany, but i think that Rammstein are quite good.
>>243827As a sister of a 13-year-old i wholeheartedly agree…
It's not even that they're pretty and doing makeup, instead it's only pranks, useless DIYs and "I bought/try/wear this and that!". Whenever i look on youtube trending it's some turkish guys who just talk about themselves or other boring shit, yet little kids love it.
Also, one of the worst are those 15-year-old twins, why are they so popular?

(Sadly) of course we're rather americanized and not any more attractive than other nations, but statistics show that we're definitely not just average height and like you saw yourself at least rather quiet and polite.

>>245999I'm sorry but I think Leipzig is pretty ugly.
I prefer the maritime aligned ones like Hamburg and Bremen. Maybe it's because I originate from a smaller maritime city.
A city I really liked because of the nature etc. was Arnsberg. I've mainly only been to the upper parts of Germany, Leipzig was the lowest I've gone so far. Am rather of a poorfag but eh. Leipzig put me so off with all the mess going on. What the heck are all these ugly big pink pipes for and why aren't there enough traffic lights?
No. 246022
>>246008The pipes is an east German thing, I think it's jarring and ugly too, east Germans claim to not even notice them.
I like some spaces in east Germany with Soviet architecture where they clearly set out to do something ambitious. Not the regular ugly commuter suburbs but sometimes they built little centers that today have a very retrofuturist feel. I guess that's not specific to east Germany but all former Soviet countries.
But generally I love little medieval town centers with colorful narrow streets and "Fachwerk" houses.

>>245999Personally I love the Ruhrpott and NRW in general I guess it's because I live here.
I always hear from friends, who aren't from here, that it's ugly and I partly agree but tbh that's also the charme.
Just google Industriepark Duisburg. I've been there once and I was amazed by it.
I also like the harsh tone that we have here.
Other than that I love Hamburg. It's very clean and the people are pretty chill as well.
Stuttgart is really lovely as well and the people are actually nice (r) from my experience.
Also Schwäbisch is hella funny to listen to.

You might be able to get a job just because of speaking a different language (other than English)
Or check out Arbeitsagentur they'll be able to help you getting a job!
No. 246562
>>246008>>246022The pink pipes are needed to drain construction sites from ground water. That's what you get for building a city in a literal swamp. I didn't know they had them in Leipzig too!
I like messy cities with a lot of water and green spaces. I lived in both Hamburg and Leipzig in the past and really liked both, but Berlin will always be my favourite city. The number lakes, parks, waterways and forests within the city limits alone is awesome, public transportation will get you everywhere and I like the mix of grand old buildings next to 70s public housing projects. "Downtown" Berlin is genuinely awful though.
>>246053>MunichI'm a northerner and couldn't live in Bavaria to be honest, but I'm lowkey jealous at how gorgeous the city is. It's the only formerly bombed out German city that can compete with small town Germany in that respect if you ask me.
Totally agree about Dresden though. It switches from Munich on a budget to Kingdom of Saxony Theme Park to Moscow suburb in no time. What a weird city.
