Been really loving enstars lately. I started playing 3 months ago and my fave group is UNDEAD. I grinded my way to level 55 and managed to clear all the songs' easy to hard modes and am currently clearing the expert modes (crazy:b's crazy roulette took me, like, 30 attempts because their swipe notes kept taking me out)
Truth be told I haven't read beyond chapter 4 of the story mode kek because the prequel game is still in Japanese and I can't understand the references the characters make so I'm gonna have to watch the anime which was based on the prequel (talk about immersion required). Aside from that the gameplay itself is good, the events are varied, the songs are catchy, and the beatmaps are fun. I haven't played a rhythm game since love live (I dropped it at sunshine tbh) so compared to that the 3d models, (mildly) nicer gachas, and the fact I can bloom a card without requiring a second copy is keeping me satisfied.
Apparently the prequel game was more of a visual novel with an idol raising game element to it (so no beatmaps/songs) so the story must've been quite tight. I'm looking forward to finding out more about the series.
