It's a long shot but I figured I'd see if there's any nonnas from the Caribbean on here.
>The Caribbean, is a subregion in the middle of the Americas centered around the Caribbean Sea in the North Atlantic Ocean. Bordered by North America to the north, Central America to the west, and South America to the south, it comprises numerous islands, cays, islets, reefs, and banks.
Countries that are part of the Caribbean include: Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago
Territories like Puerto Rico, Turks and Caicos, US Virgin Islands are also welcome to post.
If you're outside of the Caribbean but are thinking about moving or doing vacation, you are also welcome!

Which country is the safest for women to walk alone at night?

No. 2249321

Probably Japan. In Japanese culture they value kindness and respect, so most people won't walk outside during night anyway (so as not to disturb everyone that's asleep). Japanese people also have delicious food like Ramen noodles and Sushi fish. So if you want to walk alone at night definitely move to Japan. I often see in anime that Japan is a very safe country as well, since no murders or robberies happen there as the Japanese are very respectful to one another.

Chicken Souse! I've honestly never eaten anything similar to it outside of my country so I'm not sure if other cultures have an equivalent to this.

im retarded so bear with me but how would you go about eating these? just spoon the broth and then eat the big pieces separately? i want these so bad they look delicious

>>2269865
Wow nonnie, that does look very similar and delicious. Maybe there was some inspiration since our country does have a pretty significant Filipino population.
>>2269869
Well the pictures are a bit misleading because usually the chicken cooks so long in the soup that it just falls off of the bone. You can usually also get any remaining pieces off easily with the spoon at that point. Try it nonna, it's delicious.

for tinola you eat it with rice and flake the chicken flesh on the plate. not sure if chicken souse is eaten the same or like a soup.

Just left the USVI after staying for a few months and it was literally hell on fucking earth with the power constantly going out and the fact it was more expensive than Hawaii while also looking like a third world country. I heard PR also suffers a lot from the power crisis, god fucking speed to anyone still stuck there.
