Starting to realise this and really get into fitness. Trying to get formatted rather than just using it as a tool to lose weight alone.

>>190544Question for everyone in this thread: How many pushups can you do?
I could do a bit over 30 at one point but right now I can only get up to 25 on a good day.

>>190561>>190658Yee I come to check in regularly. The classical liam rosen is great still.
http://liamrosen.com/fitness.htmlhttps://www.iifym.com/tdee-calculator/I would start with reading up on the diet section on how calories work. Also, I would start with walking/ swimming, since swimming is very very gentle on the joints. Definetly start lifting, a fullbody workout just for general fitness. Something like Starting Strength is great, focus on form and technique. You will make gains even on a calorie deficit for the first few months. You can develop form by watching youtube videos.
http://startingstrength.com/get-started/programsIf you categorise in morbid obesity, machine workouts would be the best. Weight limits bodymovements range, so a machine allows to stay within bounds outside of snapcity.
