I need some advice tips and stuff on how to lose weight. I have had anorexia before but recovered too much and i always end up binging or losing control with the "ill start ___" excuse. I am current 135 lbs and 5 feet tall, i want to lose weight but also get a bigger butt and narrower shoulders, any tips?
