I only know about the nose lifters that are little pieces of plastic you insert into your nostrils.

Those are honestly bullshit. They may provide some sort of temporarily look, they're really just a waste of money and time. Some people have even had permanent damage done to their nose from using them. You're better off just saving up for a real nose job.
