You can look up the ones made of natural hair. I don't think that makes a huge difference though.

Just get a half set, maybe. If you're new they are easy to apply and a lot of them are sort of kept shorter. I think they look nice and flattering.

eyelashes are almost never natural looking.
Maybe cut them and only wear them at the extremities of your lashes? Like Marilyn Monroe used to do it.

Ardell is a pretty good brand. They have different styles of eyelashes but the wispy/sparse ones are the most natural looking. They're always super long so you'll have to cut them if you want a natural look.
