lol you won't get a 'muscley' ass. if you build muscle without doing cardio to lose fat, it will just build a thicker foundation for the fat you have to sit on top of.

with that being said you have to do weighted squats, and take some days off for your musles to actually build up and repair themselves.

you can't change your fat distribution, and if you don't naturally gain weight there (and are willing to gain fat to get a bigger butt) your only option is to build muscle.

glute bridges are also really awesome and i swear by them, do those with weights. Squats can make your thighs thicker though, so do a google search on glute exercises that specifically target just your glutes.

Bulgarian split squats is next. Then when those become to easy, go onto beginner shrimps. Also start doing lunges, leg raises, planks, and bridges.

I did the squat challenge back to back adding five each time. and all it did was make my butt nice and round but didnt make it bigger. You want real results in the ass department without getting football player thighs you need to add weights and do other glute workouts.

Fat distributed to the ass area is apparently a sign of genetic fitness yada yada yada. Narrow waste indicates no baby in the belly and wide hips suggest excellent at child birth, hence why men love these features.
