>>160882It's true. Ebay have the same stuff sometimes, but charge more whereas its less on Aliexpress. I just hate how I'm fee'd when I pay on Aliexpress, why can't they get paypal back fgs?
It's no cheaper if I use taobao either because they charge for fee too, annoying.

there's a sweater i really like on aliexpress but my mum won't let me get it from there, because she brought something before and it never showed up and she didn't get a refund, i looked at uk aliexpress reviews and a lot of them are pretty bad.
i'm guessing it's just a hit or miss kind of situation? is there any way around this?
(i also tried finding the sweater on other sites but alas)

Cool. As long as they're aight products. I've especially been needing new brushes.

>>160916Anon the problem here isn't with initial bad reactions. Unregulated chemical production and distribution such as this is dangerous in the sense that whatever the hell they're putting into products such as these can and will leech into the skin and stay there and potentially cause problems later on. China is pretty popular for its carcinogens.
Either way you're a collosal fool for gambling with this kind of shit. Collosal.
If you want cheap makeup why not just go buy it from a drugstore? What? You wanted the Cat's Wink brand? But you KNOW that isn't actually a licensed Cat's Wink brand so WHY. WHY would anybody be so stupid??

I've bought a pair of boots and a hoodie from there and both were relatively okay. I say 'relatively' because it took about 3 months for my boots to not smell like factory and the hoodie pilled kind of fast for my liking and the horns looked a little more like a horn/ear combo? idk. Like, they were a bit wider than the pic.

Why?
It's not required to wear the hood up the entire time you wear so it's not a big deal.

>>160915These are probably funded by expensive makeup companies themselves so that they don't lose any business. There's no reason as to why a single eyeshadow should cost 30€.
They know that they're losing business to cheap Asian sellers and they'd rather spread rumours about their products rather than reduce the price of their own. It's literally just to scare poor people into not looking for alternatives, shameful tactics.

Here's some stuff I've bought.
The skirt was 8.99$
> size s and fits me who usually wears xs/s pretty well
Each wig was 12.62$
> they're a bit shiny, but okay quality
The garter was 6.64$
> has adjustable straps, super cute tbh
The pandicorn thing was something my friend ordered, and in the size L, however it's more like a S, so she gave it to me. It's way off size, so I want to warn people to try and maybe check reviews on items you buy since sometimes this can happen.
I can link to actual items if someone is interested but meh.

A small collection of stuff I've bought and been pleasantly surprised by the quality of.
>Amethyst Plugs
These were a gift for a friend of mine. They arrived and were definitely legit with very pretty natural patterns in them. (seller: dreamlee jewelry group)
>Opalite plugs
Opalite is a synthetic material so these were very cost effective and actually looked very pretty. Don't get them if you're the kind of person who only wears specific materials in your ears though.
>Cheap pleather bracelet
Held up way longer than I needed it to. It looked pretty nice and nobody could tell I bought it for pennies until I mentioned it. (I recently spilled paint all over it though so..)
>Septum 'clickers'
These look so fucking cute. I get all kinds of compliments on them whenever I wear one. My only, and I mean only gripe is that they're those annoying bend-to-close type rings, but imo it's worth that little annoyance because there's nothing I love more than finding cheap, durable septum jewelry that doesn't irritate my skin. I'm never going back to mall jewellery. (seller:many, but I chose "Dongguan Tanaer Body Jewelry" and they ended up sending me some extras, bless)
>Edgy Sigil of Baphomet sweater
Another gift, and the sleeves were 3/4 instead of fullsize but the original listing is deleted, so I used that image instead. Anyway - that sweater held up surprisingly really well. It arrived like a year ago and my friend wore it as recently as last month, and the design on the front hasn't flaked off at all yet. I'm kind of amazed at that, seriously. I always thought buying AliExpress clothes would be like buying cheap doll clothes, but I guess it depends on who you're buying from?
>EYELASHEZ
Cute as fuck. It's hard to find lashes in stores that aren't super thick and dramatic and don't cost $10 for a decent pair. I haven't read anything about Aliexpress chinese eyelash horror stories yet, and I use DUO brand glue, so I think I'm safe. Also, the typos on the front of the package are pretty amusing.
>Silicone Cake Mold
So much yes. Truly, if you need one of these and you know the seller is reputable, get one. Everyone loves little heart cakes. They're so damn convenient if you're like me and most of your baking pans are super old and you're too lazy to scrape cake out of them. AND you can use them for everything other than baking; jellies, puddings, mini pies, ice cream, molded chocolate, anything.
god there is NOTHING I love more than a good deal.
