OP: No one is going to care unless you're like 400 pounds. If you're worried, you could try torrid for plus sizes. F21 has a plus sized section too, so at least you can try on the clothes there without worryinh about breaking things or W.E.

But if you're worried, just go to a store that only caries plus sizes, you'll probably feel more comfortable.
